JOB DESCRIPTION
An exciting opportunity to support research projects in the Medical Image Processing & Analysis lab
General scope: Research, design and development of algorithms for medical imaging challenges
Selected candidate may be permitted to register for PhD program as per the existing institute rules
QUALIFICATIONS
Masters or Bachelors degree in Computer Science and Engineering or related technical field with at least
65% marks (or 6.5 grade point out of 10) and must have valid GATE score.
Required: Excellent, hands-on programming skills and strong math skills
Desirable: Knowledge of Image Processing, Probability/Statistics and experience with Matlab
Good written and oral communication skills, and the ability to multi-task effectively
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
