Reset Ink Level HP Cartidges HP 21,22,27,28,56,57,58

This document provides instructions for resetting the ink level on HP printer cartridges models HP21, HP22, HP27, HP28, HP56, HP57 and HP58. The reset process involves placing pieces of tape over contacts on the cartridge and reinserting it into the printer. This tricks the printer into thinking the cartridge is full after it has detected the ink level as empty. Separate instructions are provided for cartridge models HP21, HP56, HP58 and models HP22, HP57 as the contact points that need taping are different between the two groups. The overall process takes 10-11 steps and results in the printer displaying the cartridge ink level as full once complete.
