Two parallel line charges moving at speed v in opposite directions create electric and magnetic fields. When viewed from a frame moving at v, the line charges appear stationary but with a net current. This current produces electric and magnetic fields matching those obtained through direct calculation. A charged capacitor tilted at an angle transforms between frames, with the electric field transforming as expected from relativity. Certain field quantities like E^2 - c^2B^2 remain invariant under Lorentz transformations between frames.
