Course Description: Seventh grade math is a genera course that
continues the deveopment o! the midde schoo mathematics
program. "ppications# pro$em soving# and critica thinking are
integrated throughout this course. %he course &i o'er rea(i!e
appications in the area o! num$er reationships# rationa num$ers#
properties# measurement# geometric and spatia reations# pro$a$iit)#
patterns in mathematics# statistica graphs# varia$es# and inear
e*uations.

Homewor Assignments

responsi$e !or competing their o&n &ork and sho&ing it to me during
home&ork checks. 3! a student is !ound possessing# or &orking !rom
another student:s paper# $oth students &i receive a <ero on that
assignment.
Test
1ver) student &i $e given the opportunit) to &ork a pretest $e!ore
having to take the re*uired chapter test. %his &i ao& the student
and parent to see the o$=ectives that &i $e tested on prior to the test.
Morning tutoring &i $e avaia$e to ans&er and revie& those
o$=ectives.
