Photosynthesis Bio Lab Report

1. The experiments measured the transpiration rate, water intake rate, and size and amount of stomata in different plant types under various conditions. 2. The geranium leaf experiment measured the water transpiration rate over 50 minutes under light and dark conditions. The aloe leaf cuticle experiment measured the water loss in cut and uncut aloe leaf cuticles exposed to light for an hour. The stomata demo examined stomata from a geranium leaf cuticle under a microscope. 3. Results showed the geranium leaf transpired more under light than dark, cut aloe lost more water than uncut, and stomata were open and closed on the geranium cuticle.
