Good Morning Sir/Madam.

My name is Nandan Jha. Basically I am from Bihar, but presently I have been living in
Delhi for the last 3 years.

As per as my educational qualification is concerned, I have completed my PGDM from
GMT New Delhi. I have done my graduation from LNMU Bihar. I did my schooling
from C. M. Sc. College Bihar. During this period I have also completed 6 months
diploma in computer application.

Coming to my family, we are the family of four. I am younger one, my father is a
supervisor in a private company, my mother is a homemaker and my brother is working
in a prime wealth care pvt ltd.

My strength is I am an optimistic person, I see positive in every situation and I am self
confident.

Everyone has weak point but my weakness is that I can't express my emotions in front of
my family. I can overcome this problem discussing with my friends.

About my hobbies & interest I spent my free time for surfing internet and visiting new
places and interacting with people.

And finally my short term goal is want to create special identity at myself in your
company and my long term goal is to be a successful personality in my field & the
society as well.

I completed my 10th with an aggregate of 82% from SRYSP high school.

Actively participated in poster and paper presentations conducted by out of colleges.

Am Sindhuja. Am 21 years old. Basically am from coimbatore. I have completed my
B.B.A. Aviation management with specialization in aviation management. I did my
schooling in vellalar matriculation school for girls in erode. To tell about my family I
have small family consist of four members including me. My father is a railway and my
mother is a skill based beautician and I have one elder, are brother. My hobbies are:
Listening music, dancing, and hearing songs. As a fresher I don't have any experience so.
Far, but I will try to prove myself once given an opportunity. Thats all about me thank

I'm Reshma with 21 Years of living experience and 16 years of experience with formal
education. Due to this I acquired all the required technical skills and living skills to
sustain in this world and to get this job.

As a part of my B-Tech I have done my project on Computer networks. In this one
centralised server and multiple servers are there. If one client is send request to the server
then the server will respond. If multiple clients send request to the server, then the server
may not send the response to the all the clients at the same time. This is the existing
system in my project. To overcome this, we go for a proposed system which is "On
Optimizing overlay Topologies for Search in Instructed Peer-to-Peer Networks. In this
the client also acts as a server. So that when one client sends a request to the server, the
servers checks and send the response. If the data not available in it then it fetches the data
from the nearest server.

Coming to my hobbies is to learn new things.

My strength is Introspection.

As a fresher I have no working experience but I have educational experiences. I give
100% for the company requirement. I am very much found of this type of job. I always
try to take job in your company. I am always being happy with challenging task.

I will not mention that I am the alone to be hired from the candidates rather I would say
it's my ability and achievements which will make me stand apart from others. I have a
key knowledge in the recent courses like Embedded System, & PIC SCADA which rather
required for this position. The most needy is the Industrial training which I have done for
two months and during which I was found sincere & attentive. Then one thing I can
assure that if I will be hired I may not be that much profitable to the organisation but I
will not be an Non Profitable asset to the organisation. At last I have all the qualification
& skills Which match for this position.

What are your strengths and weaknesses?

My strengths are my hardworking nature, positive attitude, adaptability, team work.

My weakness is that I don't like to sit idle, i.e. I would always likely to be involved in any
work so that my mind doesn't get deviated from the assigned task.
2.
My strength is I have more patience in any work. I try my best untill get the succes. I am
punctual. Though I do all work in time but I am hardworker. I never get angry easily.

My weakness is I trust anyone easily and I can't never say no when someone ask me for
help.

I will not concentrate on money. I only want to give my knowledge to the company's
welfare. For this whatever the company will give is respected according the name and
fame of the organisation and also according to my skill and work.

Sir/Madam. Only salary isn't the cause for my presence here, As a fresher I'd like to
improve my skills. I've my short term and long term goals, so I always need to learn new
things and to know the techniques to fulfill them. Of course salary is also be a part of the
job, I've no right to demand and as you know all about me and my qualifications, you are
the best person to judge my salary and thank you very much for providing me the chance.
