Training Methods of Tiger

Tiger Claw force training involves 4 stages: 1) Piercing beans to generate internal force without strength. Proper meditation is needed. 2) Transforming hard force from bean piercing into soft force through Tiger Cleansing Claws practiced with coordinated breathing and sounds. 3) Taming the Tiger through pressing up exercises with palms and fingers to strengthen the body. 4) Clawing jars or iron balls to develop power, adding water or sand daily to increase weight over time with perseverance needed for success. Proper spirit, energy, and supplements are also important for safe training.
