TTEwiththenameandPNRonthechart.Ifthepassengerfailtoproduce/displayERS/VRM/SMSsentbyIRCTCdue
toanyeventuality(loss,damagedmobile/laptopetc.)buthastheprescribedoriginalproofofidentity,apenaltyof
Rs.50/perticketasapplicabletosuchcaseswillbelevied.TheticketcheckingstaffOnboard/Offboardwillgive
ExcessFareTicketforthesame.

Obtain certificate from the TTE /Conductor in case of PARTIALLY waitlisted eticket, LESS NO. OF PASSENGERS
travelled, A.C.FAILURE, TRAVEL IN LOWER CLASS. This original certificate must be sent to GGM (IT), IRCTC Ltd.,
InternetTicketingCentre,IRCABuilding,StateEntryRoad,NewDelhi110055afterfilingonlinerefundrequestfor
claimingrefund.
Passengersareadvisednottocarryinflammable/dangerous/explosivearticlesaspartoftheirluggageandalsoto
desistfromsmokinginthetrains.

This ticket will only be valid with an ID proof in original provided at the time of
booking by the passenger (s). If found travelling without ID Proof, passenger (s) will
betreatedaswithoutticketandchargedasperextantRailwayrules.
Atleastonepassengershouldtravelwithhis/herIDcardinoriginalwhichis indicated
on the ERS/VRM. In case he/she is not travelling, all other passenger(s) booked on
that ticket, if found travelling in train will be treated as travelling without ticket and
chargedaccordingly.
Valid IDs to be presented during train journey by one of the passenger booked on an
eticket:VoterIdentityCard/Passport/PANCard/DrivingLicense/PhotoIDcard
issued by Central / State Govt / Public Sector Undertakings of State/Central
Government, District Administrations, Municipal bodies and Panchayat Administrations
which are having serial number /Student Identity Card with photograph issued by
recognized School or College for their students /Nationalized Bank Passbook with
photograph/CreditCardsissuedbyBankswithlaminatedphotograph.
General rules/ Information for eticket passenger have to be studied by the customer
forcancellation&refund.
