The Government of Andhra Pradesh issued an order releasing Rs. 7.60 crores to the Managing Director of APDDCF Ltd. in Hyderabad as additional funds to pay overdue amounts owed by APDDCF Ltd. and its affiliated unions to the National Dairy Development Board. The funds are to be drawn from the budget head "Loans to APDDCF Ltd." and must be used for the one-time settlement of overdues with NDDB. The AHDD&F Department was instructed to issue administrative sanction for the funds according to government guidelines.

Lakhs and Twelve Thousand only) is hereby issued to the Managing Director, APDDCF. Ltd, A.P., Hyderabad as
Additional Funds in relaxation Treasury Control and Quarterly Regulation Orders pending provision of funds by
obtaining Supplementary Estimates at appropriate time during the year 2011-12 towards One-time settlement of
over dues of APDDCF Ltd., Hyderabad and its affiliated Unions to National Dairy Development Board(NDDB)
