1.1 OBJECTIVE.
A key objective of ADC Procedures is to set up a step by step way of handling the
job. It is also an analysis of associated hazards pertaining to the jobs and measures to
minimize the risks.
his procedure has developed to be applied and discussed before each job listed in
the contents.
1.2 SCOPE.
his procedure applies to !ig AD-32
1.3 RESPONSIBILITY.
It is the responsibility of the ool"pusher and !ig #anager to insure all listed
operations are e$ecuted in a safe and efficient manner. It is the oolpusher
responsibility to conduct a Pre"job %afety #eeting and discuss and review the related
&%A' prior to starting each operation.
ool"pusher is responsible to ensure that each work permit has its dedicated &%A
attached to.

substract for the pin end of the )oints8
B8 3lean thoroughl' the couplings with &igh!Pressure water and Shellsol8 1se a wire
brush for better cleaning8 $ispose a $rip pan below the )oints being cleaned up to
prevent environmental spill8
C8 -nce cleaned the crew shall inspect the threads for damage8 *he cleaned )oints
must also be inspected b' *ool!Pusher8 Identif' and remove an' bad )oint8
D8 Paint )oint number and length on each respective )oint
:E8 -nce the casing tall' has been delivered b' the 3lients representative start
installing the centrali<ers on the respective )oints according to his instructions8

C) Inspect the threads to ensure there is no damage8
D) Engage the first threads of the shoe#float collar b' hand8 (Wrap rope and pull
slowl')8
:E)When first threads confirmed to be made up o+ appl' /oc+ing *hread
compound (9a+er!/oc+) on the upper part of casing )oint threads8
::) "ppl' the correct tor(ue on the shoe8 1se a strong chain tong with a load cell
and gauge (length of arm) to tor(ue the shoe and an other one as a bac+up8
*he crane operator must loo+ cautiousl' his load sensor and operate gentl'
according to *ool Pushers orders8 *he crew members shall loo+ for slip of
the casing and rearrange properl' the tongs if needed8
