This paper aims to obtain consideration and approval by the Honorable Vice Counselor

2.0 BACKGROUND
The $erman Carnival %niversity is a pro-ram that #ill attract people to learn more a forei-n
lan-ua-e, $erman This pro-ram is so importin-, #hich is involvin- school students around
'atu 1ahat and each activities #ill open the people2s mind to thin3 out of the bo4 to solve the
problems 5orei-n lan-ua-e can be practice in our daily life This pro-ram #ill also attract
student2s interest to learn a forei-n lan-ua-e
3.0 OBJECTIVE

in rural areas

5or our activities, #e have four sections named #inter, summer, autumn and sprin-
(four seasons in $erman)
5irstly, #e include a cross#ord pu66le for the four chapters that #e decided to teach
them about the basic $erman2s lan-ua-e
&e include every sections #ith the activities related to the basic 3no#led-e of the
$erman lan-ua-e such as Guten Tag, Das Alphabet, Mein Familie and Nummer.
Then, one of my members #ill -ive the introduction about the -ame &e -ive the
people to choose the se7uences of the activities 8very -ame/section has their o#n time limit
to finish the section other#ise, they #ill be dis7ualified from that section and not allo#ed to
continue the ne4t section 'ut, they still -et the pri6e
5or the Guten Tag section, #e #ill teach the people about the basic -reetin- in
$erman ,an-ua-e Then, #e #ill -ive ) minutes to that people to find one of their friend and
teach them about the basic -reetin- that #e thou-ht before ,astly, they #ill tal3 in front of
us
5or the Das Alphabet section, #e #ill use application in the laptop They #ill listen
and memori6e the pronunciation of the alphabet in $erman ,an-ua-e They must choose (*
over +9 alphabet and then, they #ill spea3 to us as much as they memori6e and the minimum
alphabet to pass the section is 9
5or the Mein Familie section, #e #ill teach them about the basic #ord to describe the
family name Then #e #ill as3 the people to find other people accordin- to the family
number ,astly, they #ill introduce themselves usin- the $erman ,an-ua-e in front of us

introducin- this lan-ua-e to the students &e hope that all activities that #e have create #ill
-ive benefits and chance to the students out there to learn about third lan-ua-e In addition,
#e #ant to e4pose to the students in ho# the life style study in university &e also #ant to
-ive an opportunity to the students to improve their self:confidence and test their ability to
