Coordinate with Sales Team and Marketing Team to identify and penetrate target markets and segments within the
commercial, industrial and public sector by various methods including exhibiting at trade shows, networking at
industry association events, and cold calling to generate qualified leads in alignment with Conergys strategic
goals.
2. Relationship Development and Management 20%
Develop relationships with prospects to qualify and convert them into opportunities with an identified value.
Scheduling of time is critical to ensure that each lead is qualified, while making sure each individual is accessible
for face to face meetings and presentations.
Develop strategic relationships with business partners in the industry to facilitate all aspects of project
development.
Manage schedule, communication and activities with leads, opportunities, accounts, and strategic partners
utilizing the approved CRM and MS Office tools. Utilizing the CRM tool enables the company to allocate
resources appropriately and prepare supply contracts.
3. Project Analysis and Management 50%
Obtain necessary informational to independently analyze and further qualify opportunities and produce
preliminary system designs and proposals using Conergy provided tools and training.
Determine economic impacts and benefits of adding a PV system to a customers energy mix by evaluating
customer usage profile in conjunction with current utility rates and schedules.
Generate proposal documents and manage internal sales support, engineering and finance resources to support
development activities.
Work with Finance partners to prepare and present appropriate financing options for each qualified opportunity.
4. Closing Sales and Post-Sell 10%
Successfully drive and negotiate deals through final stages of commitment with the help of all available resources
to close business in alignment with an annual sales goal.
Manage smooth transition from Sales to Operational fulfillment to maximize customer satisfaction and obtain
follow-on and referral business.
ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPS: The Project Developer is expected to create and manage relationships
with partner accounts and direct sale accounts. A successful Project Developer will also manage the internal relationships
within Conergy between Sales, Engineering, Legal and Operations. The ability to negotiate conditions, terms and
requirements will be necessary to maximize the effectiveness of each individual involved with any account. As a
relationship manager, it is crucial that the Project Developer accurately relay project specific information to the individuals

involved with each phase of development. Project Developers report directly to the Project Development Manager to
ensure that management has extensive knowledge of each project and the stages or requirements for each.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1) Knowledge, skills & abilities:
Thorough knowledge of financing and rebate programs for the domestic solar PV industry
Proficiency with MS Outlook and MS Office suite including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
2) Minimum educational level:
Experience in commercial solar PV sales is most desirable, but experience in commercial finance, energy
management, renewable energy or related industries is a plus
Project management, construction management, engineering, or relevant public sector experience is a plus
4) Physical Requirements:
