Forword

Achievement of human knowledge is often hampered by the use of words without

fixed signification. Needless controversy sometime produced and perpetuated by
unacknowledged ambiguity in the application of Key term.
John Locke.
Logic is such a subject that seems at first sight to be un- or less useful to law
students. But in practical life, if one really pay attention to the life of law, then its
nothing else but language game-s. Therefore I strongly believe that on abstracting
logic from life of law is just like a person in comma state, a state of zero; nothing to be
proved, nothing to be explained just one feels it so he/she can act and react.
It may be hard to digest by just speculating syllabus what we learn. But in
reality, logic is much more then one thinks. An attempt is made in this semester to give
you some idea. But this some always haunt us as particular understanding not
universal or general. Makers of logic use to call this part of logic as zueg i.e. tool in
hand. Thus, it is a small attempt to give you some weapons of arguments, you are
equipped, bit trained but how much, where, when and in which way to be utilized will
always depend on you.
This book is just the for the sake of Quick preparation and reference. Looking
to continuous student problems, it was decided to make first edition of Logic-1. And
we added objectives and one line answers to other notes. Book is divided as per the
paper pattern i.e. objectives, one line, brief answers etc. In hast if any misprint or
anything has been missed out, then my heartfelt apology.
For helping the students out a surplus service is provided of the e-mail
account for all of you. It is facilitated by model papers, its answer, correction and
bonus study material. For it one has to just send there e-mail on
[email protected].
My best wishes to you, for successful career. Very soon, there will be
other venture, and also Improvise or say perfect and first edition of this book.
Beside many more project are in hand, that are mentioned on last, page. All of
them who have this book are cordially invited in session.
