I. INTRODUCTION
In practice, the LC ( ) that flows on the insulator surface depends on the dominant parameters such as applied electric field
( ), electrolyte flow-rate ( ), electrolyte conductivity ( ), environmental pressure ( ), and humidity ( ). These parameters
relationship can be expressed as follows:
