Corks & More Scotch List

All prices are marked for 1 oz.

Dewar’s “White Label” Blended 4

A perfectly balanced nose with a blend of sweet Scottish heather and honey, with delicate notes
of vanilla, coffee, liquorice & a touch of citrus. A delightful, medium bodied, smooth blend of
soft vanilla with honey and floral notes taste with a medium finish, slightly dry with lingering
heather honey overtones, and the faintest touch of smoke.

Johnnie Walker Red Label 5

Johnnie Walker Red Label is the world’s best-selling Scotch whisky. It’s renowned for its bold,
characterful taste – balanced to shine through even when mixed. It’s a flavor the Walker family
has never compromised on.

The Glenlivet 12 6
The defining fruity ‘pineapple’ note from the sma’ stills lives on to this day in George Smith’s
definitive legacy of The Glenlivet. The Single Malt That Started It All.Lively gold, playful
interlacing of fruit and floral aromas. Perfect balance.

Laphroaig 10 Original Cask Strength 7

In making Laphroaig, malted barley is dried over a peat fire. The smoke from this peat, found
only on Islay, gives Laphroaig its particularly rich flavor. Laphroaig is best savored neat, or with
a little cool water. Roll it around on your tongue. Release the pungent, earthy aroma of blue peat
smoke, the sweet nuttiness of the barley, the delicate heathery perfume of Islay's streams. It is as
unique as the island itself.

The Balvenie Double Wood 12 7.5

The Balvenie Double Wood is a 12 year old single malt which gains its distinctive character from
being matured in two woods. Over its period of maturation it is transferred from a traditional oak
whisky cask to a first fill European oak sherry cask. Each stage lends different qualities to the
resulting single malt ~ the traditional casks soften and add character, whilst the sherry wood
brings depth and fullness of flavor.

Dalmore 12 7.5
The backbone of the Whyte & Mackay blend, but a highly regarded Highland malt in its own
right. Distilled on the shores of the Cromarty Firth, north of Inverness, Dalmore is a whisky that
holds its age well, and older expressions are warmly recommended. However, the ‘entry level’
12-year-old is no slouch. Fruity and appetizing on the nose, with malt, orange, light Sherry and a
touch of gingery spice. Medium bodied on the palate, Sherried, fruity and malty. The finish is
medium in length, drying and persistently nutty.

The Glenlivet French Oak 15 8

Selective maturation in new French Oak casks made from Limousin Oak creates a characterful
and unique expression of The Glenlivet. The rich, spicy notes from French Oak interplay with the
fruit and floral notes of The Glenlivet. A delicious whisky to savour.
The Balvenie Single Barrel 15 9
The Balvenie Single Barrel is a 15 year old single malt which is drawn from a single traditional
oak whisky cask of a single distillation. Whilst each cask is subtly different, The Balvenie Malt
Master selects only those casks which have the essential characteristics of The Balvenie Single
Barrel, particularly honey, vanilla and oaky notes. Each bottling forms a limited edition of no
more than 350 hand-numbered bottles - so each bottle is unique and unrepeatable.

The Balvenie Rum Cask 17 19

The Balvenie Rum Cask 17 Year Old was matured in traditional oak casks before spending a
second period of maturation in rum casks shipped from Jamaica. Beautifully sweet with
characteristic Balvenie vanilla notes backed up with subtle spiciness of cinnamon and silky oak.

The Macallan 18 20
The Macallan Sherry Oak is exclusively matured for *a minimum of 18 years in Spanish oak
casks, handcrafted and sherry seasoned in Jerez, Spain. This delivers a classic Macallan style,
wonderfully rich in color with dried fruits, spice and chocolate orange.

All Scotch is served in 1 oz. portions.
