The Glenlivet 12 6
The defining fruity ‘pineapple’ note from the sma’ stills lives on to this day in George Smith’s
definitive legacy of The Glenlivet. The Single Malt That Started It All.Lively gold, playful
interlacing of fruit and floral aromas. Perfect balance.
Dalmore 12 7.5
The backbone of the Whyte & Mackay blend, but a highly regarded Highland malt in its own
right. Distilled on the shores of the Cromarty Firth, north of Inverness, Dalmore is a whisky that
holds its age well, and older expressions are warmly recommended. However, the ‘entry level’
12-year-old is no slouch. Fruity and appetizing on the nose, with malt, orange, light Sherry and a
touch of gingery spice. Medium bodied on the palate, Sherried, fruity and malty. The finish is
medium in length, drying and persistently nutty.
The Macallan 18 20
The Macallan Sherry Oak is exclusively matured for *a minimum of 18 years in Spanish oak
casks, handcrafted and sherry seasoned in Jerez, Spain. This delivers a classic Macallan style,
wonderfully rich in color with dried fruits, spice and chocolate orange.
