Background
The 2nd India Africa Forum Summit is being held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia in May
2011. The theme of the Summit is: Enhancing Partnerships. It would be attended
by Heads of State from 16 African countries including India. The Honble Prime
Minister of India would also attend the Summit. Coinciding with the Summit, The
India Show is being organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry in
association with Embassy of India, Ethiopia and supported by the Ministry of
Commerce & Industry, Department of Commerce, Government of India, to promote
Indian industry and increase Indian investment in Africa.

Participation of State Heads from 16 African Countries: Ethiopia, South Africa,


Egypt, Algeria, Nigeria, Senegal, Equatorial Guinea, Malawi, Libya, Namibia, Central
African Republic, Chad, Swaziland & Burundi.
