Ref Testing - MV Panel Rev

This document provides a test report for restricted earth fault protection on an MV consumer panel. It details the panel specifications, relay and current transformer details, and results of various tests conducted including: 1) Magnetization tests of current transformers to prove knee point voltage 2) Secondary injection tests of the relay at various current settings 3) Relay stability tests by injecting current through the phases and neutral and recording relay and CT currents 4) Relay unstable tests to check relay operation outside the stable region. The tests were conducted and signed off by the panel manufacturer, contractor and consultant to verify compliance with specifications.
