INTRODUCTION

Introduction to S.I.A. Background

S.I.A. Protective Services and Investigations is currently operating in Michigan. S.I.A. Protective
Services and Investigations is licensed, bonded, and fully insured in the State of Michigan. On
behalf of S.I.A. Protective Services and Investigations, its management team, and our security
agents, it is our honor to provide you with this proposal package.
The founder of S.I.A. Protective Services and Investigations possessed over 40 years experience in
security, investigations, and the protection field. Our management staff, including the founder, has
prior working experience with the F.B.I., D.E.A., U.S. Secret Service, and numerous state and
local law enforcement agencies across the United States and are currently networking with several
international agencies as well.
S.I.A. Protective Services and Investigations employ highly trained and professionally dedicated
officers and private detectives to service this market in the following areas:
Security Consulting : Consulting services offered in a variety of specialized areas
Threat Examination : Analysis of potential exposure and advise how to minimize exposure
Product Relocation : Reduce shrinkage and inventory loss

SCOPE OF WORK

S.I.A. provides the following services for your convenience:

Employs prior law enforcement, military, and / or seasoned agents, with special firearms
training
Armed or unarmed, uniformed, or S.I.A. Para-Military Agents at the same hourly rate for
your property
Our upper management will oversee your property, at no additional cost to you, for one
month or longer
Monthly management staff meetings to discuss strategies, policies, and procedure changes
and implement them swiftly to your security team
24-hour communications and a Special Operations Response Team for any threatening
situation (disgruntled employees or non-employee threats made against you and / or your
staff)
Investigative work needed by you and up to 2 hours free court time after the investigation is
complete
Replacement of any field agent after being notified of a problem or emergency within 30
minutes at the managements discretion
Provide services for a 30-day trial basis before you commit to a contract

S.I.A. Agent Recruiting Guidelines

S.I.A. Protective Services and Investigations applies traditional recruiting procedures, which attract
quality applicants from diverse fields, through colleges, employee referrals, seminars, newspaper
advertising, brochures, and trade shows. Each employee or trainee must undergo criminal
background check, fingerprinting, and a S.I.A. Protective Services and Investigations preemployment screening before being hired with S.I.A. Protective Services and Investigations. Each
employee must participate in an annual training which involves state laws, patrol techniques, and
self defense. S.I.A. Protective Services and Investigations owner Amany Tabb is personally in
charge of verifying that each agent possessing a firearm passes all state and S.I.A. Protective
Services and Investigations special weapons safety certifications courses before being authorized to
carry a firearm. S.I.A. Protective Services and Investigations staff board are all N.R.A. certified
firearms instructors.

PROTERTIES AND THEIR RESIDENTS A SAFE AND SECURE FEELING WITH S. I.
A. SECURITY SERVICES AND INVESTIGATION.
2.) WE DO NOT REQUIRE A WRITTEN CONTRACT BUT CAN, IF NECESSARY. WE
FEEL THAT IF A PROPERTY IS NOT FULLY SATISFIED WITH OUR SECURITY
PROGRAM, THEY SHOULD NOT BE BOUND BY A CONTRACT. WE ARE
CONFIEDENT IN OUR ABILITIES TO PROVIDE YOU AND YOUR RESIDENTS
WITH THE BEST SECURITY POSSIBLE.
3.) IF YOU SHOULD WANT A ONE YEAR OR MORE FULL TIME CONTRACT WITH
S.I.A. SECURITY SERVICES AND INVESTIGATIONS, WE WILL PROVIDE A
FULLY MOUNTED SURVEILLANCE CAMERA IN ONE OF THE PATROL CARS
PROVIDED TO YOU FREE OF CHARGE.
WE FEEL THAT THIS IS A
WONDERFUL WAY FOR YOU TO MONITOR NOT ONLY THE INCIDENTS
THAT GO ON WITHIN YOUR PROPERTY, BUT ALSO S.I.A. SECURITY SERVICES
AND INVESTIGATIONS SECURITYS RESPONSE AND REACTION. CAMERAS
LIKE THIS HAVE SOLVED MANY PROBLEMS FOR OUR CLIENTS. WE HOPE IT
WILL FOR YOU WAS WELL.
4.) IF YOUR PROPERTY IS NOT FULLY SATISFIED WITH OUR SECURITY WITHIN
THE FIRST 30 DAYS AND DECIDES TO RELEASE S.I.A. SECURITY SERVICES
AND INVESTIGATIONS OF THE DUTY TO SECURE YOUR PROPERTY, WE
WILL FULLY REFUND YOU THE MONTHLY PATROL CAR FEES. WE FEEL
THAT WE WILL PROVIDE YOU AND YOUR RESIDENTS WITH THE BEST
SECURITY POSSIBLE AND IF WE FALL SHORT ON OUR MISSION, WE FEEL
THAT WE OWE YOU SOMETHING IN RETURN. TO DATE WE HAVE NEVER
NEEDED TO ENFORCE THIS POLICY.
5.) IN THE FIRST TWO WEEKS OF S.I.A. SECURITY SERVICES AND
INVESTIGATIONS SECURING YOUR PROPERTY AND RESIDENTS, WE WILL
ONLY ALLOW EXPERIENCED, SENIOR SECURITY OFFICERS TO SECURE THE
PROPERTY. THIS SERVES TWO MAJOR PURPOSES:
1.) IT ALLOWS S.I.A. SECURITY SERVICES AND INVESTIGATIONS TO GET A
PULSE ON THE COMMUNITY IN A DIRECT WAY THROUGH OUR
SENIOR SECURITY AND MANAGEMENT STAFF.

2.) IT SAVES YOU AND YOUR MANAGEMENT TEAM TIME AND ENERGY OF
REFAMILIARIZING OUR SECURITY STAFF OF YOUR PROPERTY.
6.) S.I.A. SECURITY SERVICES AND INVESTIGATIONS PROVIDES PROPERTY
MANAGERS AND THEIR RESIDENTS WITH A 7 DAY A WEEK, 12 HOURS PER
DAY, CONVIENENT DISPATCH NUMBER. FROM 6:00PM 6:00AM YOU AND
YOUR RESIDENTS CAN CALL THE DISPATCH NUMBER AND ONE OF OUR
SENIOR SECURITY OFFICERS WILL REACT AND RESPOND IN MINUTES. A
VERY IMPORTANT DETAIL TO THIS BENEFIT IS THAT S.I.A. SECURITY
SERVICES AND INVESTIGATIONS WILL RESPOND TO THIS CALL EVEN IF WE
ARE NOT PATROLLING YOUR PROPERTY FOR THAT EVENING. WE WANT
YOU AND YOUR RESIDENTS TO FEEL SAFE AND SECURE AT ALL TIMES, EVEN
WHEN WE ARE NOT ON PATRO DUTY. ANOTHER WAY THAT THE
DISPATCH NUMBER HAS WORKED WELL FOR OUR CLIENTS IS WHEN A
RESIDENT MAY HAVE INFORMATION ON ILLEGAL ACTIVITY BUT MAY
WANT TO REMAIN ANONYMOUS. IN SUCH CASES, THE RESIDENT COULD
SIMPLY CALL THE DISPATCH NUMBER AND TELL US OF THE ACTIVITY, AND
WE WOULD HANDLE THE SITUATION AND FOLLOW THE PROPER
PROTOCOL WITHOUT EVER REVEALING THE IDENTIFY OF THE CALLER.
7.) AT S.I.A. SECURITY SERVICES AND INVESTIGATIONS, WE STRONGLY
BELIEVE THAT IF THERE WAS NO ONE TO GOVERN PEOPLE, THAT THERE
WOULD BE TOTAL CHAOS AND ANARCHY. FOR THIS REASON, WE HAVE
IMPLEMENTED WHAT WE CALL SPECIAL PATROL AGENT CHECKS (SPA).
THIS IS AN INDIVIDUAL OR INDIVIDUALS WHO, OFTEN TIME ARE THE
OWNERS OR SENIOR SECURITY OFFICERS THAT WILL RANDOMLY GO TO
S.I.A. SECURITY SERVICES AND INVESTIGATIONS PROPERTIES 2-3 TIMES PER
WEEK AND ENSURE THAT PATROL OFFICERS ARE DOING A PROPER AND
EFFICIENT PATROL OF YOUR PROPERTY. S.I.A. SECURITY SERVICES AND
INVESTIGATIONS BELIEVES THAT IT HIRES AND TRAINS THE BEST
SECURITY GUARDS IN THE INDUSTRY, BUT HOW COULD WE BOAST OF
SUCH GREAT SECURITY GUARDS IF WE DO NOT MAKE AN EFFORT TO
INVESTIGATE SUCH FACTS? WE BELIEVE THAT THE MOST IMPORTANT
CLIENT IS THE ONE THAT WE ALREADY HAVE SO WE FEEL THAT SUCH A
PROGRAM WILL ASSURE BOTH YOU AND S.I.A. SECURITY SERVICES AND
