 Diploma, Short Course/s Certificate/s;
 Certificates of Seminars/Trainings Attended;
 Contact # of Your Character Reference;
 Certificate of Employment/OJT (if you have);
 Put a page number;
 Have a photocopy of your CV;
 Put it in a SHORT PINK MORROCO FOLDER;

NOTES
Cover Letter : This is your application letter. Assume that you are
already applying for your dream job.

Objectives : Composed of 3 to 5 sentences telling the reasons


why you are applying for that certain job.

Personal Info. : DO NOT include your current age, weight, height,


religion, favorite motto, favorite color, etc.

Educational Attainment : Include the YEARS you studied from Elementary,


HS, Short-courses and Baccalaureate Courses.

Ex.: Tertiary - B.S. Information Technology

Affiliations : Write your role or position in the government or


non-government organization that you are in, and the
years you’ve been part of it.

Qualifications : Professional/Academic Honors and Awards


Professional Licenses/Certifications

Work Experience : Write the year you started and ended that job; the
title of the job and its address.

Seminar's Attended : Write the topic of the seminar/training and the number
of hours spent in the seminar.

Write something about the seminar your attended:


What was it about? Who was the speaker? Where
was it held? What did you learned from it?

Skills : Skills should be relevant to the job you are applying


for. If it isn’t related to the job, better not to include it
on your Curriculum Vitæ (CV).

Character Reference : This refers to the people who knows your ability best,

preferable your previous employer, subject teacher,


college adviser or department dean. Avoid including
any family member on the list.

On the bottom part of your last page, write the ff.:

application is true and correct to the best of my
knowledge. Attached herewith are my supporting files
to prove the validity of details that I have written here.

Attachments : These are the certificates you got from attending


seminars and certificates obtained from short-courses
(e.g. National Certificates [NCII, NCIII], certificates of
employment/OJT, and other proof of validity of
the details you have included on your CV.

Attach your original certificates on your Curriculum


Vitae. Don’t forget to write your COMPLETE NAME
on your certificates.

DO NOT use glue in attaching your original


certificates; use scotch tape instead or something
that can be removed easily.

Submit two (2) copies of your Curriculum Vitæ


1 Original (Colored pages, Original attachments), and
1 Photo copy

Font-size: 12 for content, 14 for titles/headings

Font-type: Arial or Times New Roman

Paper-size: Short bond-paper
