GENERALINSTRUCTIONSFORTHECANDIDATE
1. Thecandidatemustbringhis/heradmitcardandavalidphotoIDinoriginal(votercard,PANcard,Aadharcard,drivinglicense,etc).
2. Thecandidateshouldpastehis/herrecentpassportsizephotographinthespaceprovidedaboveandputhis/hersignatureinthespaceprovidedinpresenceof
theinvigilator.
3. ThosewhodonotbringtheadmitcardandphotoIdentitycard(besidestheAdmitcard)willnotbepermittedtoappearintheexamination.Photocopyofphoto
IDwillnotbeaccepted.
4. The candidate, before appearing in the written examination, should satisfy himself/herself regarding eligibility criteria desired for the post(s) with regard to
prescribedqualification,age,etc.asmentionedinadvertisement.
5. Thewrittenexaminationisofobjectivetypemultiplechoice.
6. Thedurationofthewrittenexaminationistwohoursi.e.from1100Hrsto1300Hrs.However,initial20minutes(from1100Hrsto1120Hrs)aremeantfor
distribution and filling up of OMR response sheets. The remaining time is meant for attempting PaperI (objective type multiplechoice questions) & PaperII
(Descriptivetype).
7. ThecandidatemustmarktheanswerintheOMRresponsesheetbycompletelydarkeningtherelevantcircleoutoffourgivenchoicesusingBlueballpointpen
only.
8. Changeofanswersisnotpermitted.Anychangeinanswersbywayofusingthewhite/correctedfluidorrubbingorerasingorsmudgingwillentailcancellationof
OMRsheet.
9. Qualifyingthewrittenexaminationissubjecttofulfilmentofeligibilitycriteria.
10. Appearanceinthewrittenexaminationis,however,provisionalanddoesnotentitlethecandidateforanyclaimforthepost.Thecandidatewillbetreatedasde
barredabinitioatanystageoftherecruitmentprocessincasehe/shedoesnotfulfillanyeligibilityconditionsforthepost(s).
11. CandidatemustreadtheinstructionscarefullybeforefillinguptheOMRsheets.Name,dateofbirth,category,etcshouldbefilledincarefullyandshouldbe
identicaltotheoneenteredintheonlineapplication.NorepresentationseekinganychangeinthedatainOMRsheetwouldbeentertainedatalaterdate.
12. While signing the attendance sheets during the examination, the candidate must ensure that he/she signs against his/her name only. If there is any spelling
mistakeorwhatsoever,thesameshouldbebroughttothenoticeofinvigilatorinwritingbutthecandidatemustnotalter/changehis/hernameeitherinthe
admitcardorintheattendancesheet.
13. TheOMRsheetorAnswersheetwillnotbereplacedinanycircumstances.
14. Candidatesareadvisedtomakesureaboutthelocationoftheirexaminationcentreinadvancesothattheyreachtheexaminationcentreonthespecifieddate
atleast15minutesbeforecommencementoftheexamination.Nocandidatewillbepermittedintheexaminationcentreafter1115Hrs.
15. Thecandidatehastoappearattheallottedcentreonly,failingwhichhis/hercandidaturewillstandcancelled.
16. Nocandidatewillbepermittedtoleavetheexaminationcentrebefore1300Hrs.
17. Beforeleavingtheexaminationhall,thecandidatemustdeposithis/heradmitcard,OMRresponsesheet&Answersheet(&additionalanswersheet,ifany)to
theinvigilator.Failuretodosowouldresultincancellationofcandidature.
18. Thecandidatecancarrythequestionpaperafterconclusionoftheexamination.
19. Use of mobile phones, bluetooth or any other communication device or any other electronic gadgets like calculators, etc or any other material inside the
examinationroomisstrictlyprohibited.Ifanycandidateisfoundinpossessionofanycommunicationdevice,his/hercandidaturewillbecancelled.
20. Anycandidatefoundusingunfairmeansorviolatinganyinstructionsorfoundinvolvedinanyundesirableactivitywouldbedebarredfromtheexamination.
