The Company

Dear Ms. Jones:
Thank you for the opportunity to discuss your opening for an entry-level mechanical engineer. I enjoyed
meeting with you and Mr. Marks and learning more about The Company.
I believe that my previous co-op experience at Raytheon and my educational background in
mechanical engineering qualifies me for the position. My knowledge of computers, including AutoCad and Pro
Engineer, would also be especially valuable to your company. I was particularly impressed and interested in
The Companys strong commitment to innovation and growth, as well as its plans to expand into the overseas
market.
I would very much like to meet with you again to further discuss this position. You may reach me at (617)
222-3333. Also, if you require any additional information, please do not hesitate to contact me. Thank you
again for your time and consideration.
Sincerely yours,
George Castanza
