TERMS AND CONDITIONS

LICENSE. BJ Services Company hereby agrees to grant to you a non-exclusive license to use
this Electronic Engineering Handbook Software ("the Software"), subject to the terms and
conditions set forth in the following License Agreement.
COPYRIGHT. Under the terms of this license, this Software may not be copied in whole or in
part, without the prior written consent of BJ Services Company, except to make a single backup
copy. The same propriety and copyright notices must be affixed to any permitted copies as were
affixed to the original. This exception does not allow copies to be made for others, whether or not
sold. Under the law, copying included translating into other languages or formats is prohibited.
You may use the Software on any computer owned by you, but extra copies cannot be made for
this purpose.
NO WARRANTY. EVEN THOUGH BJ SERVICES COMPANY HAS TESTED THE SOFTWARE,
BJ SERVICES COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION, EITHER
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THIS SOFTWARE, ITS QUALITY,
PERFORMANCE, MERCHANTABILITY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTUCULAR PURPOSE. AS A
RESULT THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND YOU THE LICENSEE, ARE ASSUMING
THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO ITS QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE.
IN NO EVENT WILL BJ SERVICES COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL,
INCIDENTAL, CONSQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY DEFECT IN
THE SOFTWARE, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In particular, BJ Services
Company shall have no liability for any programs or data stored or used with BJ Services
Company products, including the costs of recovering such programs or data.
No BJ Services Company agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension
or addition to these terms and conditions.

If you agree to and accept these Terms and Conditions, please proceed by
selecting the "I Agree" Option.
SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
BJ Services Company ("LICENSOR"), will, in the interest of enhancing its Technical Support to
its Customers, provide to you ('LICENSEE") at no charge, on a lend basis, the Software.
LICENSEE will not receive the source code for the Software and agrees that it will not modify or
alter the Software. As part of LICENSOR providing the Software to LICENSEE, LICENSEE
agrees to the following:

1. LICENSEE agrees to and accepts the Terms and Conditions presented.


2. LICENSOR remains the owner of the Software.
3. LICENSOR retains the right to demand the return of the Software without stated reason,
cause or advance notice and LICENSEE agrees to return the Software upon demand by
LICENSOR.

4. The Software shall not be used by any persons other than persons who are directly employed
by or affiliated with LICENSEE.

5. The Software shall under no circumstances be shown, loaned, or given to any competitor of
LICENSOR or any of their affiliates.

6. Loss of the Software in no way makes LICENSOR liable to furnish a replacement.


7. LICENSOR shall have no liability for any data, information, calculations obtained or any
action, which may result from using the Software.

8. No deviation, amendment or waiver from the above stated conditions will be effective unless
agreed to in writing by LICENSOR and LICENSEE.

9. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to
principles of conflicts of laws, and venue for any dispute arising hereunder shall lie in Harris
County, Texas.

By continuing with the installation of the Software, LICENSEE accepts and agrees to be bound by the
Terms and Conditions and the terms of the Software License Agreement.
