Godrej Consumer Products Limited is the largest home-grown home and

personal care company in India. We are constantly innovating to delight our
consumers with more exciting, superior quality products at affordable prices.
We have bold ambitions and are becoming more agile and future ready. We
rank number 1 in hair colour, household insecticides and liquid detergents
and number 2 in soaps. In India, you grow up with our brands - Good knight,
Cinthol, Godrej Expert, Godrej No. 1 - and we are now on our way to
becoming an emerging markets FMCG leader.
In line with our 3X3 approach to international expansion, we are building a
presence in 3 emerging markets (Asia, Africa, Latin America) across 3
categories (home care, personal wash, hair care). In 2010, we acquired the
Indonesia based Megasari group, a leader in household insecticides, air
fresheners and baby care. With the acquisition of Rapidol, Kinky and Frika in
South Africa, and the Darling Group, a leading pan-Africa hair care company,
we have a strong presence in the fast growing African hair care market. We
acquired the Issue and Argencos groups in Argentina, leaders in hair colour,
in 2010, and expanded our footprint to Chile through the acquisition of a 60

per cent stake in Cosmetica Nacional. The UK based Keyline Brands, which
we acquired in 2005, plays in hair and personal care. We also have a
business in the Middle East and a strong presence across SAARC countries.
Ardeshir Godrej, founder of the Godrej Group, learns the first lesson of success: failure. Not one, but
two of his businesses go bust. Then, he sets up a lock company and what follows is the stuff of
legends. Today, over 600 million people use a Godrej product on a daily basis.

Our portfolio of brands includes many household favourites and we are

constantly innovating and looking for new and exciting ways to delight our
consumers.
Today, we rank among the largest household insecticide and hair care
players in emerging markets. In household insecticides, we are the leader in
India, the second largest player in Indonesia and are now expanding our
footprint in Africa. We are the leader in hair extensions in Africa, the number
one player in hair colour in India and Sub-Saharan Africa and among the
leading players in Latin America. We rank number two in soaps in India and
are the number one player in air fresheners and wet tissues in Indonesia. We
are also a leading player in hand sanitisers and female deodorants in the
United Kingdom.
Here is a selection of some of our biggest brands across our three categories
- home care, hair care and personal care.

HCL TECHNOLOGIES
At the dawn of the new millennium, a unique company was born: HCL Technologies.
Demonstrating remarkable growth through the recent economic downturn, HCL Technologies
emerged as one of the only eight 21st century listed technology companies in the world to cross $1bn
in Net Profit, $5bn in Revenue and $15bn in Market Capitalization.
This was possible because we believe that real value lies in the relationship created between
customer and provider, which is built on three deeply rooted value systems:

We put Employees First, empowering them to believe in everyday ideas that create
immense value for our customers, making HCL Technologies the world's
largest Ideapreneurship.

Our fixation on Value Centricity is dedicated to delivering more value for our clients,
putting their interests ahead of ours and delivering value that goes beyond the contract.

Our belief in Trust, Transparency and Flexibility drives us to step into our customers'
business reality, guaranteeing outcomes with great enthusiasm.

While we pride our eye to detail in constructing robust contracts with clients, we realize that only
a Relationship Beyond the Contract can capture what will change tomorrow.
The management's role at HCL Technologies is to empower employees to believe in the power of
ideas - a culture we call Ideapreneurship. Helping clients from all spheres of
work, Ideapreneurs are transforming global businesses one relationship at a time.

ABOUT HCL ENTERPRISE

At a time when India had a total of just 250 computers, Shiv Nadar, the founder of HCL, led a young
team of eight people who passionately believed in the growth of the IT industry. That vision in 1976,
born out of a Delhi barsaati, (akin to a garage start-up), resulted three and a half decades later into
a global transformational technology enterprise.
Over the years, HCL witnessed many firsts which legitimized its status as a pioneer in modern
computing. The most significant of these was the development of the first indigenous microcomputer in 1978 - at the same time as Apple and three years before IBM's PC. This micro-computer
virtually gave birth to the Indian computer industry. The 80's saw HCL developing several know-hows
in multiple areas of technology. HCL's in-depth knowledge of UNIX led to the development of a fine
grained multi-processor UNIX in 1988 - three years ahead of Sun and HP.
HCLs journey of 35 years has been truly transformational with the enterprise creating valuable Joint
Ventures and alliances with marquee partners such as Hewlett Packard, Cisco, Perot Systems,
Deutsche Bank and NEC Corporation, amongst others, to drive strategic growth.
