RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
In the previous chapters, exposed the context of the problem, the objectives of
this paper and the theoretical background of the topic including findings of
precedent studies. The aim of this chapter is to describe and to justify the methodology
used to gather, to organize and to interpret the necessary information in order to
develop step by step a strategic plan.

This research study focuses on the people as its respondents for the
questionnaire. The participants will be the employees and job seekers of the agency.
A minimum of 50 people will be the sampling scheme of the questionnaire to be
conducted. . Mouton (1996:132) defines a sample as elements selected with the
intention of finding out something about the total population from which they are taken.
A convenient sample consists of subjects included in the study because they happen to
be in the right place at the right time.
The purposive study population was used in this game application. There were
50 respondents asked to indicate their appropriate rating for each indicator
under each factor (socio-economic, psychological, and environmental). It is a type of
nonprobability sampling in a study consciously selects specific elements in order to
insure that the elements will the certain characteristics relevant to the study.
Research Instrument
Computer system used in an agency is a new concept in working environnmen
and existing research include specific learning activities and methods. There was
standardized instrument appropriate for collecting perceptions of people and the society
included in the field of work. The statements related to system were developed by
designing the instrument of study by the researchers and the statements in this
discussion forum section of faculty evaluation instrument.
Software Process
The Rapid Application Development Model were used in our proposed
application. This software process will give a big help to the proposed system..
The RAD model is a software engineering process; it provides an easily
incorporate small to large changes in any phase, confident model does not include
users involvement at every step rather users involved only when there are critical
assessments to be made, it also a flexible model not restricting the developers enabling
them to move both front and back from any given stage to any other stage during life
cycle. The goals of confident process model is to ensure the easy way to develop the
proposed system, to ensure the production of high quality software that meets the
needs of the client, and the requirements of the system. If some of the requirements
changes or new requirements surface during this phase, then we can loop back to new
requirements with the existing one. These mandatory requirements are expected to
implement in the first version itself. Final validation step to get the clear and obvious
picture of the user requirements to have the overall scenario of requirements for the
software. The user suggestions and feedback are used to incorporate new requirements
in later version of the project.
System Coding
Programming language
The programming languages used in creating the system are the
following;
All the tools above where used to create a computer system The proponents
chose web applications is because they are way easier to access than other
applications.
