Installation Requirement

Site Cleaned: The site, including the floor, should be cleaned, and no evident dust
can be felt by hand on any device. There are no sundries (installation materials
irrelevant to operation, like cartons or remnant cables or wastes left after
construction.

All sites need install the same, there is no space between each device ,keep it
like the right side picture showing to us .

For the transmission signal cable to DDF,should be circle well and tie to the
side of the rack ,and make it tied well .

Cable compression modules is not installed and all the bolts should be fasten
well

For power cable go through the Right hole , the grounding cable and the Single
cable go through the left hole ,and every cable should be using the cable tier ,tie
with the cabinet well .

For the redundant fiber cable ,do not reverse the cable like the picture showing
to us.

For the redundant fiber cable ,do like

the picture showing to us, and must be
using the flexible hose for protection .

At the bottom of the RC rack ,the dust seal module should be

block by the silicona materials without leaving any blank holes .

For any RF connector must be FASTEN BY THE SPANNER .

Sliding window in cabinet base, for the power and grounding cables go through to
the back one ,and the signal cables go through an other one ,which depends on
the situation on site . Power & Grounding cable and Signal cable using separate
sliding window .

For any bolts should be fasten well and using the right tools to do the
work ,not only showing in this picture .

Cable route should be go with the CABLE

TRAY.and use tier separate the power and
signal cables ,tie with the cable tray ,and
the cable route should be go straight ,not
like the water waves up and down .

For the redundant cables must be well routed and organized ,and tied with
the cable tray . Careful with the RF cables ,they have the minimum circle
diameter .the minimum diameter for jumper is 120mm.

When there are redundant crimping positions on a ground busbar, one

bolt can only crimp one terminal. When there are inadequate crimping
positions on a ground busbar, one bolt can crimp two terminals at most.

For the redundant jumper cable ,we need deal with like the picture
showing to us ,first of all ,keep 200-300mm straight ,then we can circle
the redundant cables and tie this part nearby .

For waterproofing ,especially the jumper connector ,the Badge wrap

direction should like the picture showing to us ,and the waterproof
badge should make sure the waterproof in a good performance and
also the outlook should smoothly going from the big side to the smoler
ending like the right side of the picture show to us .

Antenna
NodeB

Waterprofing standard procedure ( 1+3+3) .

For waterproof,If every output is in use ,we do the standard

procedure( 1+3+3 ),If output is not in use,we also need to do the
waterproof ( 1+1+1 ) to ensure the connector will be carefully protected
for future.

The adjacent racks spacing should be aligned between 2 to 3mm.

Outdoor grounding terminals on grounding bar should be with

anti-corrosion treatment.

When the tie are tightened, the excessive part should be cut off leaving
no burr. When used outdoors, the tie end can be reserved properly
without any burr, but there should not be more than 10 knots.

White ties only used for indoor.Black ties only used for outdoor.

The labels should be pasted about 20mm away from joints. The
adjacent labels should be aligned on the same level with the tails
pointing to the same direction.
