HYDERABAD TO BOMBAY:

Paloncha to Hyderabad airport Gate1


At entrance you can find out a trolley for carrying the luggage into airport.
Show the passport to security and get into airport
If you want to check the weight of luggage at free of cost you can take a look
at right side there you can find weighing machine and get the weighment
1. Laptop can carry at free
2. Hand luggage: 9 kgs
3. Main luggage:15 kgs
Go and stand in a line for weighment and boarding pass at corresponding air
ways (Jet air ways or Air India) whatever. If you dont understand ask them
those who helps behalf of airways. After weighment of your bag that will send
to the cargo, you need not to worry.
(if it crosses 15 kgs you have to pay Rs.250/kg at counter that they will show
where you have to pay.)
After getting boarding pass you have to go for security check of your laptop
and hand luggage. Before going to security check tag the laptop and hand
luggage to get stamp on them by security for confirmation that those bags
are checked. Tags are available at boarding pass issuing counter.
After security check confirm that your bags are stamped by the security.
Then you can go and sit there at in front of the gate through which you have
to be boarded. You can find out the gate no. on your boarding pass.
You can find a hotel there for tiffin.
After some time they will announce that the passengers are requested to
ready to board.
You go and show your boarding pass and follow the other passengers to the
flight.
After boarded in to flight you can occupy your seat which, you can find on
your boarding pass and keep the luggage including laptop in the luggage box
that can you find on top of your head. They will give the instructions to the
passengers. Follow the same and reach the Bombay safely
to domestic terminal( they will sever food at free of cost you can have it if
necessary).

BOMBAY TO KENYA:(here you need to hurry for getting luggage and get in to bus
as the bus goes to international airport)
After landing flight follow the passengers to get the luggage at belt. At the
belt you can find out the TV with scrolling the name of airway through which
you have done journey.
Get a trolley there and put your luggage on it and rush to security check.
After security check go outside by following the other passengers and get into
bus, it takes you to international airport.
There you have to get down at D gate, which is Kenyan air ways gate. (if you
dont understand ask one of the passenger). Show the passport and ticket to

security there and then you have to rush to stand in the queue first for
boarding pass and then immigration. You have to fill an application form for
immigration, which can be available at staff of airport around you. Fill the
form standing in the line and keep with you.
First take the boarding pass like in Hyderabad by handing over the luggage
and getting the stamp on it.
Then go to immigration check next to this boarding pass counter. You can ask
anybody else for that.
At immigration counter stand in the line. When your turn comes show them
your passport and ticket. Dont show yellow fever vaccination unless they
ask. They will ask you the following questions
1. Where are you coming from.
PALONCHA
2. Where are you going
ZAMBIA on deputation
3. How many days will you be there
You can say 2 or 3 months
4. Who are giving accommodation there
MCL Company accommodation
5. Address of the company
P.O BOX No. 99, mamba collieries limited, Maamba, Zambia
After immigration check you go ad sit at gate no. mentioned in the boarding
pass.
Announcement will come before flight time that the passengers are
requested to check through for boarding in to flight.
Then go and sit in side and follow as you followed during travelling from HYD
to Bombay.
After starting the flight they will serve food Veg, Non- veg, cool drinks at free
of cost have those and go to sleep as it travels for 4 hours to Nirobi.

NIROBI TO LUSAKA:

After reaching Nirobi follow the passengers to go to security check.


Here you need not go for claiming luggage as it directly comes to Lusaka.
After security check you go and sit at waiting hall
They will announce when the flight starts
Then you go for boarding pass check and board in to flight.
Follow their instructions while you sit in the seat.
They will serve food have it and take rest for 3 hours

LUSAKA:
Get down the flight and claim the luggage along with other passengers
Go and take the immigration forms available at immigration and fill it up and
stand in the queue.
Car driver comes there with Original VISA and ask at immigration to collect
that VISA.

Pay 50 dollars for stamping and give filled application form to immigration.
While coming out you have to show your boarding pass to security there for
confirming the luggage is it belongs to you or not.
NOTE:
1. Keep passport, yellow fever vaccination card , visa in laptop bag to show
whenever it require
2. It is better to have a interaction with one of the passenger travelling with
you up to Lusaka.
