In view of DepEd Region lV A's thrust to strengthen Transparent, Ethiczil


anci Act:ountable (TEA) Governance in the dellr,ery of education services, this
Olllce in partnership with the Philippinc Association of Schools Division
Superintendents (PASDS)-Region iV A shall hokl the 2"dCAIABARZON TEA
Goveraance Forum on February ')7, 2OI5 at Alonte Sports Arena, Binan City.

This forurn aims to shorvc:rse and benchmark best praclices on TEA


governarce to lurther build up diligence and conviction among education
leaders as frontliners in providing responsive public service.

Participants to this ar:tivitv are Schools Division Superintendents,


Assistant Schools Division Superintendents, Erlucation Progran'i Super-visor s.
Public Schools District Super-visors, and Elernentary and Secondarlr School
Head s.

All Schools Division Ofilces (SDOsi inust submit 5 minute

video

presentation of their initiatir,es/ accomplishments relative to TEA governance in


mp4 format on or before February 15, 2015 through email:
depedrizal.sgodfa.gmail.com. Non-submission of video on the set deadlihe will
inean non-inclnsion to the combined vitleo of ali divisions rvhich rvill be played
rluring the lorum.

In addition, all SDOs shouid prepa-re one-piece tarpaulin featuring their


practices
best
on TEA govemance with the size of 2 ft. x 6 ft. lor display during
the forum. Please be advised to bring tarpaulin stand to mount your TEA
Governance display.

A registration fee of One Thousand Pesos (Php I,OOO.OOI shall be


charged to each participant to defray expenses ior 1unch, two books, venue and
other incidental expenses cha-rgeable to local funds subject to usual accounting
a-n d auditing regulations.

Wide dissemination of this Memorandum is highly desired.
