Greeting from the founder and CEO
Dear Friends:
As holiday seasons ends, and 2010 is around the corner .In here, on behalf of
company, we would like to thank you all of you travel by smartfly airlines.
We start operate on September, we only have a single Boeing 737-800 to Las Vegas
when we start, then Boeing 737-500 join us to rock the house to Seattle. Big island
route shortly started with join of ERJ and ATR, but they left the fleet soon as the
performance not as we expect. 6 Airbus 319-100CJ join us to expand our network to
Europe dentations like London Heathrow, Stockholm, Liverpool, Glasgow, East Devon
and Manchester with luxury All J configuring. Our first wide-body jet Boeing 767-200
join us this hot winter in Hawaii, they help us to update busy route and new route
too. Our founding route to Las Vegas, due to the demand sudden drop a lot and we
have to see good-bye to it. At this Christmas, Smartfly reach a milestone, 3
long-range Boeing 767-200ER join us and expand network to Australia, Hong Kong –
The pearl of orient and Luxembourg.
As we are one of the founding member in both American Airlines Alliance and
American Airlines Alliance (Elite).We are looking forward to provide better service
and code-share agreement with all member airlines in 2010. In 2010, there will be a
major overhaul in fleet, which all Airbus 319-100CJ and Boeing 737 family will phase
out the fleet, and we will replace it with bigger modern Boeing jet.
As you see, we are keeping improve by adding new jet and provide outstanding
service to our costumer. On behalf of the company, I would like to thank all those

Fleets.
Smartfly fleet development strategy is based on three key principles: safety, comfort
and constant business processes optimization.
We operate a fleet, which made of modern 2-man cockpit and fuel-efficient. One of
the most experience pilot team and High service standard Cabin crews operates all
of our jets. Our jets are well maintained by experienced engineer and mechanic.
Currently it comprises 17 aircraft : 3 Boeing 767-200ER, 6 Boeing 767-200,1 Boeing
737-800,1 Boeing 737-500 and 6 Airbus A319-100CJ.we will start phasing out Boeing
737 and A319CJ fleet in 2010 and replace them with modern Boeing jet.
All of our airplanes meet the most stringent international standards in terms of flight
safety, noise and emission.

We now operate 17 dentations around the world from Honolulu and Hong Kong.
We are still expanding our network.

cleaning and professional mechanic and engineer because of quick expanding on
network and plane. We now have 222 employees.

Conclusion
In these 4 months, you can see smartfly airlines are growing. We will continue to
provide reasonable price , high-standard service , well-maintained aircraft to all of
our passenger no matter in King Class (First), Elite Class (Business ) , smart guy Plus or
Smart guy class( Economy) even in finical crisis like now . Flight safety is what we
treat seriously since the first day of operation, all our jet are well maintained and
security guards onboard to pervert terrorist attack.
In 2010, we will phase out A319 and Boeing 737 families are replacing them with
more modern, bigger Boeing jet. Personal IFE system will be installed in every single
seat and The head stewardess/steward can disable flight map or whole system
anytime due to the dumb and unreasonable TSA and Homeland security order ( in
most of time , we wouldn’t do so). This system is call Smart world, an AVOD system
that will install all of our fleet with lots of movie, Live TV, music, games and Advanced
GPS flight map. We will install free Wi-Fi on all our aircraft to bring you a luxury
travel experience. As we are the airlines base in Hawaii with aloha spirit , we are
welcome passenger to have cockpit visit before flight and before landing, u can seat
in the jump seat and watching our professional pilot performing take-off and landing,
please contact our ground crew if you wish. We are providing one of the best
catering in all classes. I hope you enjoy our changes and welcome onboard anytime.
