ABBEGAIL SANTIAGO Unit 34 of the 8 Wack Wack Rd. Condominium, Brgy. Wack Wack, Mandaluyong City RE: FINAL DEMAND LETTER -----------------------Dear Ms. SANTIAGO, My client, Mr. Christopher Aquino, has endorsed to us for immediate legal action your failure to return the amount of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P100,000.00) On June 25, 2014, my client, Mr. Aquino, gave to you the said amount intended for online business. Attached is the acknowledgement receipt dated June 25, 2014 signed by you. Unfortunately the said business did not materialize and you promised to return the said money on December 15, 2014 until February 25, 2015. However, to this date, you failed and refused to return the said amount despite repeated demands. In view of the foregoing, our client has no recourse but to demand FULL PAYMENT of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P100,000.00). Please consider this as our FINAL DEMAND. Should you fail to pay and comply within a period of ten (10) days from receipt of this DEMAND, we shall immediately file all necessary criminal and/or civil cases to protect our clients interests without further notice. Please understand that should we be forced to litigate, we will also demand payment of interests, damages, attorneys fees and expenses of litigation. We trust that you will give this matter your most preferential attention to avoid the inconvenience and embarrassment concomitant to court litigation. Very truly yours, ATTY. JHANELYN V.
