Crime Incident Report. OOA 270900H January 2015,


elements of Malaybalay CPS responded to a call for police
assistance from Juan Dela Cruz or from concerned citizen, on the
alleged presence of injured person/s or dead person/s at Purok 4,
Brgy 9, Malaybalay City. Investigation disclosed that the victim,
Pedro Pendoco y Matilac, 21 yo, married, a resident of Purok 5,
Brgy 9, Malaybalay City, sustained GSW at his left chest.
Investigation further revealed that the incident occurred at 0859H
of same date, the victim together with Kristene Baculio y
Sanches, married, a resident of Hagkol Valencia City, while on
holding hands walking along barangay road of said place, an
unidentified person suddenly appeared more or less five (5)
meters away from their location and fired his firearm towards the
duo. Victim brought to BPGH (however, declared DOA by the
attending physician Dra. Jenny Salvaloza) for medical treatment.
Recovered from the crime scene were three (3) fired cartridges of
Cal .45 pistol. Malaybalay CPS is continuously conducting
investigation to establish identity of the suspect and to file
appropriate case in court. Motive of the incident was
