This document provides instructions for setting up two data views in SAP IBP: 1. YDP_DV_FORECASTING is used to determine a statistical forecast based on historical sales without additional demand factors. Key figures related to historical sales, corrections, forecasts, and statistical forecasts are assigned to this data view. 2. YDP_DV_MACRO consolidates inputs to create a final demand plan that can be released to other SAP modules. Key figures related to statistical forecasts, manual forecasts, planner adjustments, additional demand, and the final demand plan are assigned to this data view.

Data View - YDP_DV_FORECASTING

Use
This data view is used to determine the statistical forecast based upon the historical sales without
additional demand key figure.

Procedure

Go to the Data View tab page and enter the following values:

This data view is used to consolidate all input to get the final demand plan which can be released to ECC
or SNP for further planning.
