All case material will be emailed to you
Teams of 2 students (may be cross-campus)
Oct 20: Round 1 Submission

Oct 27: Finalists announced


5 teams for the final round
Oct 31: Final presentations and declaration of winners
6 slides max (may retain/remove original slides)
On-campus presentation to BCG, Save the Children Leadership

Rules
All required materials shall be provided by BCG; teams prohibited from utilizing external resources
Round 1:

Max. 6 slides
1 slide explaining the proposed approach to solve the problem

4 slides showcasing findings and recommendations


1 slide describing the team profile and why the team is best suited to solve this problem

Please name your presentation "Team Name_Strategy Cup Submission"

Final Presentation:

Max 6 slides + 1 slide for team profile

Time limit for presentations : 15 minutes


Each team member to present and answer questions for equal amount of time

Time limit for Q&A : 5 minutes

Teams may not

Collaborate across teams

Submit any work that is not the original work product of team members

Discuss information related to the case outside your team until the submission deadline has passed

Some helpful tips


Do
Manage your time and prioritize rigorously
Distill the insights from your analysis and not perceptions
Ensure slide presentation is impactful and tells a story
Headlines should contain key findings of analysis on slides
Follow the MECE principle
Provide an executive summary of key findings
Save time for a practice 'dry run' of presentation
Strictly observe the 15 minute presentation time
Be prepared to speak equally in presentation and Q&A
Don't
Prioritize aesthetics over insight in presentations
Forget to enjoy the challenge!
