Note:
1. This is not a payment advice. You are only required to make payment when you collect the Academic Dress. Your matriculation card or
NRIC or passport will be required upon collection of order for identification purposes.
2. For Self-Collection:
The Academic Dress can be collected at the Multi-purpose Sports Hall 1, Sports & Recreation Centre, from
26 June to 01 July 2015, 10am to 8pm on weekdays and 9am to 8pm on Saturday. Collection schedule for different
degrees/ceremonies will be published at the Commencement website on 01 June 2015.
3. For Home Delivery:
Full payment for the purchase or rental of Academic Dress (including delivery fee) must reach NUS Co-op by
11 June 2015. Cheque payee name is "NUS Co-op". Please state your full name, matriculation number and online reference no.
behind the cheque.
A confirmation email will be sent upon the receipt of payment.
Timeslots will be based on first come first serve basis and therefore is subject to availability of slots. Our vendor will contact you in
June to confirm the date and time of delivery.
Undelivered packages will be returned to NUS Co-op and can only be collected at University Cultural Centre during the
Commencement Period.
Full service charges are applicable for both successful and unsuccessful deliveries.
4. For Rental Orders:
The Academic Dresses for rental are not brand new stocks. The rented stocks will be dry-cleaned before distribution. Also, please note
that as these stocks were manufactured in different batches, it vary slighly in sizes, colours and fittings.
