in accordance with the rule of
law and other rule of the carrier,
PT. Merpati. Nusantara Airlines,
which is an integral part of the
contract and which is accessible
for audit at the carrier sales
office.

EXCESS BAGGAGE

8. You will be required to pay a


charge for carriage of Baggage in
excess of the free Baggage

9. Carrier assumes no liability for


money, jewelry, documents and
valuable papers, electronics items
(cellular
phone,
camera,
computer) etc., kept in the
baggage.

your identity card on your travel
in case required by airport/checkin staff/ customs and immigration
officials as proof of purchase.
This passengers ticket is valid
only for the person named hereon
and is not transferable.

10. Hand luggage is restricted to

L23cm x T36cm - maximum
weight 5kgs, and it would be
your own liability.

booking) who issued ticket using
credit card must show the credit
card when check in to CKI staff.

11. Carrier assumes no liability


for loss or damage of the cabin
baggage, unless passenger has
any proof for that loss/damage
caused by the carrier or staff.

5. Check in counters will be


closed 45 minutes prior to
departure. You have to be at the
boarding gate at least 30 minutes
before flight departs or we will
leave without you to avoid
unnecessary delays.

12. The carrier assumes no


liability for fragile/perishable
articles and live animals if carried
as baggage.

- 48hours: Rp. 100.000 charge
will be applied for L,M,N class

6. You may carry some baggage,


free of charge, subject to our
conditions and limitations, which
are available upon request from
us or our Authorized Agents.
- Jet aircraft: 30 kgs for business
class (C class) and 25kgs for D, I
class. Economy class may carry
baggage for free 20kgs only.
- Propeller I : 15kgs baggage
- Propeller II : 10kgs baggage

for lost or damaged baggage is


limited to Rp. 20.000, - (twenty
thousand rupiahs) per kilogram.

Damaged/delayed/lost
baggage must be reported on that
day after arrival. Lost baggage
shall be claimed after 14 days
since reporting.

accordance with some categories
i.e. bad packaging baggage or
