Inventory Control Manager:
 Certified Kaizen Leader in Lean Six Sigma. A combined savings of better then $630K in a
combination of type 1 and type 2 savings for all Kaizen’s run. (Note examples)
o Production Scrap Reduction: Production scrap Kaizen event that netted a savings of
greater then $67K in the first 12 months
o Process owner for Additional Pick Reduction: Produced a savings of better the $230K since
February 2007
o Work Space 5S: Cleared 3132sqft. to allow space to be leased generating $27K in revenue

 Responsible for the accuracy of greater then $10 Million in Inventory
