Objectives
a. To foster camaraderie among the participants of the event
b. To introduce the idea of working as a group to achieve their goals
c. To help develop all elements of teamwork including creativity,
communication, trust, problem-solving, and time-management.
d. To learn new strengths and gain insights within the team
e. To build a healthy relationship within the members of the group
f. To acquire skills necessary to improve individual
g. To help discover how having fun and accomplishing goals can be the
best way to self confidence
h. To unite all the members of the organization and make them feel
theyre truly welcomed
III.
Participants
The target participants will be all the students from the Bachelor of
Science in Information Technology and some faculty adviser including the
Mr. Arwie H. Fernando, Mr. Arlou H. Fernando, and Mr. Elvinard R. Reyes.
IV.
Duration
The event will be a one day of fun activities and learning.
V.
Methodology
The event will adopt Experience based-learning where the discussion,
activities and seminar will be conducted in which participants are
personally engaged and learn through their experiences.
1. Activity
The activity in the event is Amazing Race which will utilize the Experience
based-learning. The participants will be group into eight teams. Eachteam
should finish the race by dropping by on to all the station which has
corresponding task. The objectives of such task is indicated. The allotted
time for each task is 5 minutes and a card will be given to all the teams
which will indicate that theyve already finish the task. The first to finish
race wins.
a. Team Synergy
Game:Working on Flags and Yell
Objectives:
Importance of creativity in teams
Unleashing creative potentials and generating innovative ideas
Content: Each group should form a yell and create a flag out of the
materials given by the facilitators of the game. All the groups should
perform their yell and will be ranked based on their performance. The
most creative group will move first to the next station and so on.
Materials: Stick, Cloth or Cartolina, tape, pencil, crayons
b. Overcoming personal challenges through group support
Game: Paste to Paste
Objectives:
Group Bonding
Develop a close attachment to the team
Improve the strategic skills of each members of the group
Content: Each group should finish the task by pasting their selves one
by one using a paper. The two members of the group will be the base
where the remaining members will paste themselves and will stick on
to it until all are pasted.
Materials: Paper
c. Coordination among the group
Game: Iputok mo salikod ko
Objective:
Improve interpersonal communication
Enhance self-discipline
Know the importance of an organized group to finish a work
effectively
Appreciate the role of a leader
Content: Each group should finish the task by reaching the goal set by
the facilitators of the game. The groups should run to the finish line
with a balloon on the back of each member given by the facilitators. If
one balloon falls down or pop, they should run again from the starting
point.

d. Problem Solving
Game: Programming Skills
Objectives:
Recognize ones ideas
Solve problem through listening to others point of view and
discuss openly
Assess critical thinking of team members
Content: Each group should finish the task by answering one question
about programming.
Materials: Question sheets
e. Physical and Mental Skills
Game: Binitin mo ko
Objective:
Collaboration
Improve ones physical and mental skills
Develop mutual support among the members of the team
Content: Each group should finish the task by picking one question
from the facilitators. The concept of the task is from the Filipino game
Pabitin. The members should form the answer by collecting all the
letters hanging on top of them one by one.
Materials: Pabitin, Question sheets, Letters

Committees
a. Technical Committee responsible for the sound system and audio
visual presentations
b. Food Committee responsible for the foods to be given to the
participants, guest, coordinators, and officers
c. Program Facilitators consist of officers which will facilitate the whole
event and ensuring the safety and well being of the participants of the
said event
d. Game Committee the facilitators of the game and responsible for the
mechanics, materials, and prizes needed in the activity and the games
e. Information Committee responsible for disseminating the
announcements and other information about the event
f. Registration Committee responsible for the registration booth of the
participants
g. Resources Committee provides the resources or materials needed in
the whole event
h. Awards Committee creates the certificates, tokens and awards to be
given to the winners

The venue of the event is Mamay Iboys Farm and Resort located at Brgy.
Bubuyan Calamba Laguna. Mamay Iboys Farm and Resort is a place good
for relaxation or recreation, vacations, team building, honeymoon, debuts,
and weddings. Enjoy the view of Mount Makiling and cool fresh air.

Output
The activities done in the event will allow the participants to know one
another which will help develop and strengthen relationships that can be
an aid to bond the team closer, understand the value and benefit of
teamwork, transfer all the skills (leadership, strategic, communication,
decision making) learned from the activity to the participants, understand
and accept the differences of each member, have a greater sense of trust,
support and respect, motivate and develop self-confidence, help the
participants to know that different challenges may be solve when they
work together.

event aims to foster camaraderie, promote teamwork and trust, and enhance the
skills of the participants which can develop my sons/daughters social potential as
an individual. With this, I agree that I will not hold the organizers, teachers-incharge, administrators, staff, and faculty of the college liable for any untoward
incident that may happen to my son/daughter during the said event.

develop my social potential as an individual. With this, I agree that I will follow the
rules and regulations imposed by the organizers, teachers-in-charge, administrators,
staff, and faculty of the college liable for any untoward incident that may happen to
me during the said event.

Note: Once inside the venue, no students will be allowed to leave until 5:00pm for
security reasons except in the presence of guardian/parent or through the
parents/guardians request which may be indicated in the waiver. Please bring
extra money. The Barangay personnel will help the organization in the security and
safety of the students while conducting the said activities.
