Update From Mrs. Moore's Second Grade Classroom

In grammar, they focused on comparative and superlative adjectives. Their spelling words included compound words with "oo" sounds. They enjoyed high school plays and learning about St. Patrick's Day. The class also visited Mill Street where they learned about birds. Announcements included early dismissal on March 19th and no school on March 22nd and April 2nd.

READING MATH
Our reading story for this week was Ibis: A We are learning more about fractions.

GRAMMAR
