crystalised rose petals. Named after the home of the Government Rose
Garden and the classic British Naval cocktail.

Saffron steeped Ron Zacapa 23, dessert wine and dry sherry with spice
bitters & grapefruit zest. In history, Sativus meaning saffron, was better
known for its medicinal qualities-combine this with the true decadence of
premium rum and you are sure to be soothed.
In Light of India
Tapatio Blanco Tequila, ginger beer & bitters with pineapple and
cardamom malai. Named after the book of the same name by Octavio Paz,
a Nobel Prize writer, poet and Mexican diplomat who lived in India.

The base of this drink was taken from an Indian drink called Angoor
Sharbat. A traditional recipe that has been mixed with a historic Dutch
