2. Probation:

If you have joined at orabove the designation of Vice President, you will be deemed a confirmed
employee from day one ofjoining. Otherwise, you will be on probation initialty for a period of six
months from the date of joining.
During.your period of probation if your performance is found unsatisfactory, the company may extend
the probation up to 3 months ordiscontinue the services of your employment with immediaie ef-fect.
D-uring the extension ofyourprobationperiod if your perfoimance ii stitt found unsatist-actory, then
Matrimony.com shall be entitled to discontir ue your services forthwith rvithout anv notice
whatsoever.

3. Compensation

& Benefits:

The attached compensation is meant for your information only, and should be discussed only r.vith
undersigned, or your immediate superior. This is as per the cbmpany compensation poticy.

Your annual cost to company will be Rs.289944/- ( Two Lakh Eighty Nine Thousand Nine
Hundred Fourty Four Rupees only). This is inclusive of your Eaiic Salary, Allowances,
Retirals, and other benefits more specifically detailed in Annexure B.

Performance Based Incentives are based on agreed business plans and payout details
based on company policy.

amount of contribution will be deducted from your salary

6. Working Hours:

Matrimony.com observes a 6-day r,veek with Sunday as the weekly holiday. The oftlce hours are from
09:30 AM to 06:00 PM, r.r,ith staggered lunch break of 30 minutes between l2:00 PM and 02:30 PM.
You may be asked to work in some other identified work rveek schedule or 8.5 hour shift timing,
based on business needs and your role.
7. Attendance:

You are required to record your attendance by swiping your access card_or registering on the
biometric .yitems installed in our offices. You shall also sign the Attendancc Register,.if.applicable while entering/leaving the office. You are required to be in the office for a specified minimum of 8.5
hours per da! includ-ing a 30 minute break for lunch. You may apprisc yourself of the permitted
holidays for your location.

While serving the Company, you shall give and devote the whole of your work day exclusively.to
