The text is displayed on two columns, 7.75 cm
wide, with a 5 mm spacing between columns.
The chapter titles are placed on the first
(leftmost) tab position and consist of index
number, a full stop, a blank space, and the title
proper.

in this example
There is a blank line before and after a chapter
title.
The paragraphs of each chapter start from tab
position 3 (about 3 mm from the leftmost
position on current line).
Line spacing within a paragraph and between
paragraphs is single (one line).

The formulae, figures (drawings, diagrams,

images) and tables are sequentially included in
the text. The small ones are inserted within the
paragraphs, and their width must not exceed the
width of the column they belong to; the larger
items are inserted on the entire page width,
preferably on the top or at the bottom of the page.
In formulae, letters are italicized, functions,
constants (e.g. sin, exp, e = 2.71, etc.) or Greek
characters use regular font style; symbols in the
body of the text use the formula style. After the
last chapter, the list of references is displayed on
two columns.
Each entry has an index number, followed by a
full stop (do not use brackets). Each reference
consists of the author(s) surname and initials of
first names, separated by a comma, the title of the
original reference and, if applicable, the English
translation of the title (within brackets),
italicized, followed by the place, the publishing
house and publishing year (for monographs), or
the title of the periodical, volume number, issue
number, and referenced pages (for periodicals).
