charge depending on the size of tent needed

Stone Hedge Wedding Policies


Food and Beverage Service
~The sales and service of alcoholic beverages is regulated by the Pennsylvania Liquor
Control Board. Stone Hedge Country Club is responsible for the adherence of these laws
and regulations. No alcoholic beverages may be brought onto or removed from the
property under any circumstances. All alcohol must be served by an employee of Stone
Hedge Country Club.
~For everyones safety and comfort, we reserved the right to refuse alcoholic beverage
service to any guest at the function who is not 21 years of age and/or to limit the
consumption of any guest.
~Any food or beverage remaining from your function cannot be removed from the
premises (with the exception of wedding cake)
~Children's prices are as follows
Ages 3 to 12 - half price Under 3 - no charge
Service People (DJ, photographer, etc.) - half price for their meal

Service Charge and Tax


~A 20% service charge and gratuity will be applied on all food and beverage prices. A 6%
Pennsylvania Sales Tax will be applied to all food charges

Bookings and Billings


~To secure your event and date, a $1,000.00 non-refundable deposit is required. Menu
Selections and Guest Counts are due 2 weeks prior to your event. The final balance is
required to be paid 1 week prior to your event.
~You will be charged for 100% of the final guest count given 2 weeks prior to the event
taking place.
~The client is also responsible for paying for any additional guests served above this
minimum guarantee. We will be prepared to serve 2% over the final count ordered.

Final Arrangements
~Decorations and/or displays may not be attached to walls, doors, windows or ceilings.
~We reserve the right to regulate the volume of music and or Television
~Place cards in alphabetical order must be provided by bridal party
~The person signing the contract will be responsible for any damage to the premises
caused by any guest.
~All Items for Wedding can be dropped off at Stone Hedge 1 Week Prior to Event Taking
Place. Our Staff will handle the Set-Up of All Items.
~Stone Hedge Country Club does not assume responsibility for the damage or loss
of any merchandise or article left in the banquet facility prior to, during or following the
function.
