Open Door
Insert Service Key
Program button is located inside main door, right hand button.
When pressing program button leave a two second gap between each press.

Set Prices
Press the program button twice, (Present Faults) scroll to (Set Prices).
Press button 6 (Price 1=0010) (if price one is set to 0000 the machine will be set to free
vend).
Press change data (Price 1=0000 FLASHING).

Press buttons 1or 5 to scroll to required price.


Press button 6 to confirm price change.
Repeat for prices 2-8.
Set Price/Buttons
Press button 6 (Set Price/Selection).
Press button 6 (button 1=ON)
Press button 6 (Price 1).
Press button 7 (price 1 flashing) a price can now be selected (from 1-8) from the set prices
menu. Press button 6 to confirm.

In programming mode the Colibri buttons have the following functions:

BRIO 250 Quick Reference Guide

Open Door
Insert Service Key
Program button located inside inner door next to cup dropper,(Button on bottom of
circuit board).
When pressing the program button leave a two second gap between each press.

Present failures

Press program button twice. (present failures).

Press button 2 to read any faults,

To reset any problems press button number 4

5100 Quick Reference Guide

The four pre-selection buttons (at the top of the selection panel) are used to activate the
menus and their options:

Statistics
Open the machine door (Total Count Menu)(NRES TOT: XXX = Non resetable)
(RES TOT:XXX = Resetable).
To reset counters press the down button 1 time then step right once, press the Increase
button to reset the data.
The display will then return to Total Counters.
Brewer Rinse
Open main door (total sales).
Press the step right button until the display shows Rinse down. Press down (brewer/Mixer.
Press step right and close door.
Press the + button and follow the instructions on the screen.
Set Prices
Open the door (total sales).
Press right until the (Basic Operation).
Press down until (Price Info).
Press step right button (Price Set).
Press down button until the drink required is on the display then use the + or buttons to
alter price.
Then press the Jug button to exit the program and close the door.
To exit the program close the door and press the jug button

5300 Quick Reference Guide

Open door
Insert service key
Program button is located on the inside of the main door marked MODE

When the machine is in programming mode the keypad buttons are assigned
the following functions:

Statistics
Press the Mode button (Audit Mode).
Press enter (View data)
Press enter (Totals- Period).
With Total Period on the display
press enter and you can know scroll through each selection.

Set Prices
Press the Mode button (Audit Mode) press + (Supervisor Mode).
Press enter (Adjust Ingredients) press + (Adjust Drink Prices)
Press enter (Normal Prices).
Press enter, you can know scroll to each selection and set the price.

To exit the program press the mode button

Snakky Max,Snakky & Snakky SL Quick Reference Guide

Open Door
Insert service key
The program button is located inside coinage compartment in center of the
processor board or on the top of the sliding compartment.
Snakky SL programming is accessed through the Snakky machine.

Press the program button (Statistics).
Press the E button (Statistics Printing)
Press O twice (Statistics Display).
Press E (Selection Count Display).
Press E (Count display by selection or press O to Total Count
Display).
Press E You can use the O button to view each selections.

Press the E button (Price 1)(know assign the selection to a price set in the Set Prices

The programming button is located inside the main door on the coinage

Set Prices

Press the program button twice (Present Failures).

Scroll to Set Prices.

Press button 5 (PRICE 1=0010).

Press the button 6 to alter the price using the scroll buttons.
Set Price/Select

Scroll to Set Price/Selection.

Pressing button 5 (Button 1 = on).

Press button 5 (Price 1).

Press button 6 and a price number can now be entered from 1-14 from the set price menu.

Press the program button twice (Failures).

Press button 4 on the selection panel (Statistic 1) then change to (SEL N 1 P=0000).

You can know scroll through each selection to retrieve vend information.

Open door and insert service key


The programming button is located inside the main door on the coinage
compartment

Prices

Press the program button once then the exit button (Present Failures).

Press the scroll button (Program Parameters).

Press enter (Cash).

Press enter (Prices)

Press enter (Set individual price).

Press enter (band 0).

Press enter (Selection Flashing).

Use the scroll buttons to select the correct price and press enter to confirm change.

Prime Syrups

Press the Program button once then the Exit button (Present Failures).

Scroll to Test and press enter (Complete Selection) and scroll to (Unit Control)

Press enter (Press button Flashing).

To prime Syrup 1 press the 5th button down on the left hand column and press enter.

To prime Syrup 2 press the 5th button down on the center column and press enter.

SCROLLING KEYS

to move to the previous or next menu.

Enter KEY

to move from one menu to a sub menu or confirm the data on the display.

EXIT KEY

to return from a sub menu to the higher level menu or to clear the data on
display.
To exit the program press the program button again

SPRING & DUAL Quick Reference Guide

Open door
To enter the program pull out top switch located under the vend bin tray on the
power box in the bottom right hand corner of the machine.

The front keypad of the Spring/Dual is used to enter and confirm data as follows:

Statistics

With the top switch pulled out (Statistics)

Press the E button (Total Sales or Partial Sales)

Select option and press enter then use the O button to scroll through each selection.

Press the E button (Normal prices).

Press E the selection number will flash, enter number then the price.

Motor Failure Reset = Resets any Motor faults.

To exit the program close the main door

SMART Quick Reference Guide

The front keypad of the Smart is used to enter and confirm data as follows:

To access the Programming mode with the door open, press the C button and enter the
4-digit password 4231.
Setting Price
With the door open press C (enter password = 4231).

The display should show (Maintenance) if the display shows (door open) press button 1 on
the shelf loading switches.
Scroll to set prices (Normal Prices).
Press E.
Now choose between (Global or Single price).
Press E. (Selection number will flash),
Use O button to scroll between selection numbers and prices. (Prices entered must be 3
digits i.e. 0.50).

To reset failures open main door and press the C button, enter the code 4231 and the
machine will display Set Prices.
Scroll through to Reset Failures and press the E button twice.

Press enter and use the O button to scroll through the selections.

To exit the program close the main door

Open coinage door, program switch is located at the rear of this section next to the

Open the door and insert service key into switch


The numerical keypad on the master machine is used to program the snakky SL

ZETA Quick Reference Guide


Open the door of the machine in order to access the control board which has a set of
minidip switches which are numbered from 1 6 as follows:

2 = Read Stored Data
3 = Not Used
4 = Total Sales Data
5 = Free Vend
6 = Motor Reset

Set Prices

To set prices turn Minidip switch to the ON position and the display will show PRO
Press button 1 the display (CR 1),
Press button 2 four times this will display the price of selection One. You can use buttons 3 & 4 to
Scroll to the price required.
Press button 2 to confirm change and move to selection 2, (press button 2 to skip to the required
selection).

Statistics
To read statistics turn Minidip switch 4 to the ON position, this will give a total reading of all sales.
Motor Reset.
To reset motors when the motor cams are out of position move Minidip switch 6 to the on position
and close the door, this will reset the motors to the home.
REMEMBER TO TURN ALL MINIDIP SWITCHES OFF BEFORE LEAVING THE MACHINE.

The selection buttons on the front door of the Zeta are used to as follows:

Zip Installation and setup Guide

Cut out template supplied with Zip unit and position on the machine.
Cut out inner shape only and drill all relevant holes.

You must connect and disconnect the Programmer with the power on.

The zip unit will need initializing, to do this press ENT on the
Programmer then F4 until the display reads other parameters.

Press ENT then F4 till the display reads Initialization, press ENT to confirm this and wait for the
Zip to reset.

To change the language back to English, with the display reading (programmazioni).

Press ENT and press F4 till the display reads Altri Parameteri,

Press ENT then F4 till the display reads Lingua,

Press ENT then F4 till English shows on the display then press ENT and confirm.

The Zip unit can now be programmed with any bonuses or settings required using the hand held
programmer and the programming manual.

If a coin mech is to be used you must connect a zip coinage interface to the main zip unit then
connect the coinage to the zip interface and the zip module to the machine coinage plugs.

The machine coinage settings must be set to either Executive or MDB dependent
on the zip system being used.

Open the main door the machine will go into programming mode.
The display will give 4 options
1= Rinse

2= Test
2

3= Counters

4= Menu

The functions of the above buttons change as you work through the program,
The bottom line of the display will show the button functions.
Statistics
Press button 3 you will enter the sales audit
Total Number, Nres is a total count for the entire machine
Press Sel to view data.
OR
Press button 3 you will enter the sales audit
Press down to No ,Per drink, Nres for individual drinks
Choose from the drinks displayed and press select.
Rinse
Press button 1 then close the door, choose one of the 4 rinse selections then follow the on
screen instructions
Prices
Press button 4 and select operator settings
Scroll down to Basic operations and press select.
Scroll to change prices and press select
Choose between price per drink or global prices and press select
Make your selection and press enter
Change price using the up & down keys then press ok to confirm prices

Adjust amount of water dispensed by turning the adjustment screw on the front of the
valve until 100cc of liquid is delivered.

Enter password (if applicable) and press ok.
Up or down to adjust system and press select.
Up or down to Calibration and press select.
Choose between Ingredients or valve and press select.

Ingredients
Choose the ingredient to be calibrated and press select
Press ok when ready to start.
Catch product and weigh amount given,
Adjust the figure on the display to match the amount given.

Valve
Choose the valve to be calibrated and press ok,
Catch and measure the water given,
Adjust the figure on the display to match the water dispensed.

Astro Processor setup

If after fitting a new board or after updating the software the machine shows
PREPROGRAMMAZIONE on the display then the processor will need reinitialising to the correct configuration. The following procedure will reset
machine to a keypad type.

Press and hold the mode button on the CPU board until it bleeps.
The display will now show TASTIERA ASTRO flashing.
Press the mode button once and the display will show TASTIERA
NUMERICA flashing.
Press and hold the mode button until it bleeps.
The display will now show INIZIALIZZARE DB.
Press the normal programming button on the door to enter the initialising
set-up.
The keypad can now be used to set-up the machine for language, layout
and tank options.
This setup procedure does not apply to the Direct selection Astro
