This note is only applicable for AES-VCM Mong Duong

Detailed Legend

Surveillance Point / DOOSAN / Subcontractor does not send a notification to AES-VCM Mong Duong
except for the first or last operation on the basis of each process. AES-VCM Mong Duong
could check the operation, if he is present at the site during the inspection by Doosan.

Report Review Point / DOOSAN / Subcontractor is required to prepare a certificate or document


attesting to the satisfactory performance of the related test or inspection for review by
AES-VCM Mong Duong.
Duong

Witness Point / DOOSAN / Subcontractor shall submit request for inspection to AES-VCM to
decide whether they will attend such inspection or not.

Hold Point / Downstream construction and other activities shall not proceed
without attendance or any written approval of AES-VCM Mong Duong.

NOTE : The Site ITP and all of the abovementioned reports will be kept available by
DOOSAN at anytime for control and or review by AES-VCM Mong Duong.
