Registration
First navigate to http://apps.bentley.com/studentserver/. Then click the Join Now link in the upper
right hand corner.

A screen will appear for registration, fill in the appropriate information. For School Coder, enter
FVUITEZ1MSNAoCiBN5IW8dbu6Gj2Y/EKl5zRFnClNsEljD5FWjaG9w==. For E-mail, use your UNC
Charlotte E-mail address.

You will receive a confirmation message. Also check your email for an activation link.

Your email should look similar to the following:

Installation and Setup


Navigate to http://apps.bentley.com/studentserver/ and click the Software Download link.

Now you can choose the software you wish to install, in this review, we will install Bentley Architecture
V8i and its required dependencies.

Then click the Download Queue link.

For the Server Name, enter selectserver.bentley.com. For Site Activation Key, enter the key given
to you on the Download Queue page. Then click the Next> button.

Click the Finish button.
