FUTURE STRATEGIC ISSUES

In July 2013 a 113 slide power presentation NASA document began circulation on the Internet called Future
Strategic Issues/Future Warfare [Circa 2025], It graphically showed application of new technology uses in
warfare, and inadvertently the complete domination and control of the human mind. It seems to emphatically
indicated the real reason we have not returned to the moon, and how our space programs have been
thwarted. NASA has been hijacked by the military industrial complex, and it emphatically explains how this
new technology, by decades of experimentation, trials and covert testing, have and will be used on any entity
they deem a threat, including Americans.

The PowerPoint presentation was presented by one of NASAs chief scientists, Dennis Bushnell from their
Langley Research Center back in July 2001, just a couple months before the 9/11 terror attacks. Dennis M.
Bushnell is a NASA scientist and lecturer. As Chief Scientist at NASA Langley Research Center, he is
responsible for technical oversight and advanced program formulation. His work is focused mainly on new
approaches to environmental issues, in particular to climate issues. Bushnell has received numerous awards
for his work.
There are some aspects of the presentation which have significant potency when you understand the
changes taking place due to the evolution of nanotechnology, robotics and genetic engineering.

Critics of conspiracy mongering claim that this presentation is simply a hypothetical presentation projecting
where technology could be in the next 10-20 years. However the constant focus of NASA on
nanotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence is not something to be deemed as coincidence.
For instance you may not have heard the term nanotechnology, but the chances are you use several
nanotech products every day without realizing it. First outlined as a concept in 1959, nanotechnology
involves the manipulation of matter at the molecular level, yielding materials that take on very different,
sometimes amazing qualities. This technology is now used in hundreds of everyday consumer products, in
everything from smart-phone touch screens to clothing. So it should be no surprise that the U.S. military has
for years been studying ways to use nanotechnology to its advantage. Some nanotech products, such as
better protective vests for soldiers, are already on the battlefield.
Protecting soldiers in combat while maintaining their mobility is a big concern for military leaders and
nanotechnology has already produced lighter, stronger body armor. The newest generation of Improved
Outer Tactical Vest (IOTV) can stop rifle rounds and shrapnel more effectively, yet is 3 pounds lighter than
vests manufactured just a decade ago. Nanocomp Technologies Inc. is manufacturing an ultra-thin material
from carbon nanotubes. Nanocomp says that 100 sheets of this material, which resembles carbon paper,
has the thickness of a few business cards, but can stop a 9mm bullet. Future vests will likely do much more
than stop projectiles. The U.S. military has partnered with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT),
through the Institute for Soldier Nanotechnologies, to develop vests that may be as light as spandex, but can
also monitor a soldiers health, help compress wounds and administer first-aid drugs, and immediately sense
and react to chemical and biological threats.
However the use of nanotechnology can extend far beyond just protective clothing and to actual nanosubstances that can be placed into our internal systems. One of the foremost of these is nanoblood, also
known as respirocytes. The respirocyte was developed by nano-theorist Robert Freitas and essentially acts
as a super-blood cell. It is an artificial, nano-engineered substance that functions like a red blood cell but
also gives its host superior abilities because it is made of pure diamond, which enables it to withstand
unnaturally high pressure.
It has been estimated that because of the superior performance made possible by its rigid diamond shell, 5
cubic millimeters of respirocytes could replace all the blood in your body. Those 5 cubic millimeters would
also do a better job than your 5.6 liters. Putting large amounts of respirocytes into the body would enable
you to hold your breath for hours or sprint for 15 minutes straight. It can improve any natural human function
a million times over, extending our ability to see, smell, react, stay awake, and reproduce.
While this may seem fantastic at first to some people and indeed, the military finds it particularly fascinating it
ultimately could result in massive problems for the human race. There are preliminary indications that
injecting an organism with respirocytes causes hereditary changes and may even magnify the supernatural
abilities in its offspring. You would therefore be creating a generation of supercharged, out-of-control
creatures. Tampering with human beings in this manner gives rise to so many ethical violations that it
becomes impossible to list them all.
The military has already anticipated implementing a systematic widespread injection of respirocytes into their
soldiers at some point between 2015 and 2025, but doctors anticipate that these artificial blood cells could
cause overheating and possibly even bio-breakdowns. It also appears that nanoblood, when excreted
through the bodily system, has a negative impact on the environment.

All of these considerations are only a taste of the many dangers inherent to nanotechnology. We are on the
verge of life-changing discoveries, but whether these are for the betterment of society may be entirely up to
how responsible our nanotechnology decisions are.
How interesting is it that NASA is at
the forefront of discovery when it
comes to the application of these
technologies. For instance NASA
has been committing significant
futuristic research efforts in regards
regard to shape-shifting airplanes.
NASA's Morphing program makes
extensive use of nanotechnology,
for
instance
by
developing
electroactive polymers to improve
sensing and actuation
Research on carbon-based nanomaterials as well as nanosensors has been one of the key focus areas of
the NASA Ames Center for Nanotechnology. The center, established in 1996, was already churning out
scientific papers (so far it has published over 350 nanotechnology related papers) by the time the National
Nanotechnology Initiative (NNI) was created in 2001. In 2010, the agency drafted a 20-year Nanotechnology
Roadmap as part of its integrated Space Technology Roadmap. According to this document,
nanotechnology can have a broad impact on NASA missions, with benefits principally in four areas:
Reduced Vehicle Mass: Replacement of conventional aerospace materials (composites and metals) with
advanced composites derived from durable nanoporous matrixes and low density high strength and/or
stiffness fibers can reduce aircraft and spacecraft component weight by one-third. Additional weight savings
can be realized by replacing heavy copper wiring, which accounts for 4000 lb of weight on a Boeing 747 and
about one-third of the weight of large satellites, with low density carbon nanotube wiring cables. Use of
structural aerogel insulation in place of multilayer insulation (MLI) for cryotanks can eliminate the need for
external foam insulation and the associated parasitic weight and production costs.
Improved Functionality and Durability: Nanoelectronic devices based upon graphene, carbon nanotubes,
semiconductor nanowires, quantum dots/semiconductor nanocrystals and rods, are inherently more radiation
and fault tolerant, have lower power requirements, higher speeds than conventional CMOS electronics.
Integration of nanoelectronics and nanotechnology derived emission sources and detectors will lead to the
development of advanced spectrometers and imagers that are one to two orders of magnitude lighter than
conventional instrumentation, with twice the sensitivity and resolution and half the power requirements.
Quantum structure enhanced solar cells will enable the development of flexible, radiation tolerant solar cells
with >50% efficiencies. These could be incorporated into the exterior of habitats and rovers providing for
integrated power sources at reduced systems weight.
Enhanced Power Generation and Storage and Propulsion: Nanotechnology affords the possibility of creating
high surface area materials with inherently higher surface activities and reactivity that could significantly
enhance the performance of batteries and fuel cells and improve the handling characteristics of propellants.
Use of nanostructured metal catalysts in PEM fuel cells could increase their energy density by 50%. Use of

nanoporous materials and nanocomposites could enable the development of new batteries that could
operate over a wide temperature range, from -100 to 100C, to provide surface power for rovers and EVA
suits. Nanoscale metal based propellants could replace cryogenic propellants and hypergolics leading to
simplified storage, transfer and handling and reduced launch pad and in-space operational requirements.
Improved Astronaut Health Management: Nanoporous materials with tailored pore size and shape and
surface chemistries will lead to the development of more efficient systems for the removal of carbon dioxide
and other impurities from breathing air and organic and metallic impurities from drinking water. Distributed,
autonomous state and chemical species detectors could find use in air and water quality monitoring systems,
and in astronaut health monitoring. Nanofluidics based devices will enable the development of real-time,
minimally invasive medical diagnostic systems to monitor astronaut health and aid in diagnosing and treating
illness. Electrospun nanofibers with demonstrated potential to support tissue engineering and regenerative
medicine can expand and radically change astronaut health management methods. Boron nitride or carbide
based nanocomposites could be used as part of a habitat or rover structure, providing radiation shielding
and MMOD protection.
The NASA Nanotechnology roadmap is essentially subdivided into four themes: Engineered Materials and
Structures; Energy Generation, Storage and Distribution; Propulsion; and Electronics, Sensors and Devices.

The control of matter is paramount to NASA and debates will rage long as to whether the increased use of
nanotechnology is bringing NASA closer to the type of technology matter that they have supposedly
discovered through UFO technology.

BLUEBEAM MARTYRS

Serge Monast, a Canadian journalist born in 1945 is known for having brought into the light of day, classified
UN information regarding a NASA project named Blue Beam dealing with advanced holographic technology.
As a result of the sensitive information which he was making known to the public, Serge realized that his life
was in danger, had been threatened on many occasions and voiced his opinion that he did not expect to
survive.

It was in fact, a pattern which was timed to each new release of information he publicized where there was an
ongoing string of tragic events for himself and his family. He and his family were faithful believers and they
home schooled their children, perhaps knowing all too well the indoctrination facilities that public schools are.
Serge and his 7 year old son were detained by authorities after just such a release of information allegedly to
protect the boy from instability at home. Serges son was placed in foster care and he was released from
custody. His daughter was also taken with claims that the children were being abused by not being allowed to
attend public school. His children were never returned. In the aftermath of his arrest, the following day in his
home, December 5th, 1996, Serge Monast suffered a massive coronary attack which ended his life in his
wifes arms. Serge wrote the following two years before his death:
When I decided to release some tiny parts of information concerning the NASA BLUE BEAM PROJECT, I was not sure
if i would survive my stand against the New World Orders most sophisticated project, set up to bring to their knees all
men of all nations, cultures and religions. But now, following my own Christian conscience and my real and deep love for
all my unknown brothers and sisters in America and in other parts of the world, i freely accept the loss of my life, if that
must be the case, for the Truth for Jesus Christ, by releasing for the first time ever, the four major steps of the Satanic
Blue Beam Project. 1

The NASA Blue Beam Project might be one of the most heavily guarded secrets of the new world order
working with advanced forms of holographic technology. It is difficult to locate publicly accessible information
about it and Serges death has not been the only death connected to it.
Phil Schneider 2 is another unfortunate victim of the same circumstances. He was a structural engineer who
once worked for the government in the construction of underground bases, and was particularly known for
having worked at the Dulce base where the Project Blue Beam Project is headquartered. Having spoken out
about a multitude of things he witnessed, from a human / non-human fire fight at the base to various
government sanctioned murders and CIA drug running, he was found dead in his apartment, having been
deceased at the time of discovery some 5 to 7 days. The official report then was that he had had a stroke, it
came out later that it was possibly suicide.

Blogger and researcher Rik Clay 2 also met a strange and untimely end. Rik was a
thorough researcher into New Age globalism, Project Blue Beam and other aspects
of the new world order, having conducted a number of interviews with Red Ice
Creations. He began suffering from adrenal exhaustion following some his more
eye-opening revelations, his blog was abruptly removed and then he was reported to
have committed suicide, though it would seem he was not in a suicidal mind set at
the time.
William Cooper did not die because of his similar beliefs in a staged event however in his publication Behold a
Pale Horse he did make references to Bluebeam.
It is true that without the population or the bomb problem the elect would use some other excuse to bring about the New
World Order. They have plans to bring about things like earthquakes, war, the Messiah, an extra-terrestrial landing, and
economic collapse. They might bring about all of these things just to make damn sure that it does work. They will do
whatever is necessary to succeed. The Illuminati has all the bases covered and you are going to have to be on your toes
to make it through the coming years. Can you imagine what will happen if Los Angeles is hit with a 9.0 quake, New York
City is destroyed by a terrorist-planted atomic bomb, World War III breaks out in the Middle East, the banks and the
stock markets collapse, Extraterrestrials land on the White House lawn, food disappears from the markets, some people
disappear, the Messiah presents himself to the world, and all in a very short period of time? Can you imagine? The world
power structure can, and will if necessary, make some or all of those things happen to bring about the New World
Order. 3

The spread of holographic technology spares no industry or market sector. Surgeons and designers could
soon be manipulating 3D moving images floating in mid-air rather than on computer screens, said engineers
at the then Defense Evaluation and Research Agency (DERA) which was then split into two organizations: a
commercial firm, QinetiQ, and the Defense Science and Technology Laboratory (Dstl). One of the most
famous representations of holographic technology was the appearance of Prince Charles of Wales at an
energy summit meeting in the United Arab Emirates in 2008. Yet this form of holography has already been
surpassed in terms of the most recent developments with this technology.

SERGE MONAST ON BLUEBEAM 1

The infamous NASA [National Aeronautics and Space Administration] Blue Beam Project has four different
steps in order to implement the new age religion with the Antichrist at its head. We must remember that
the new age religion is the very foundation for the new world government, without which religion the
dictatorship of the new world order is completely impossible. I'll repeat that: Without a universal belief in the
new age religion, the success of the new world order will be impossible! That is why the Blue Beam Project
is so important to them, but has been so well hidden until now.
Engineered Earthquakes & Hoaxed 'Discoveries'
The first step in the NASA Blue Beam Project concerns the breakdown [re-evaluation] of all
archaeological knowledge. It deals with the set-up, with artificially created earthquakes at certain precise
locations on the planet, of supposedly new discoveries which will finally explain to all people the "error" of all
fundamental religious doctrines. The falsification of this information will be used to make all nations believe
that their religious doctrines have been misunderstood for centuries and misinterpreted. Psychological
preparations for that first step have already been implemented with the film, '2001: A Space Odyssey;' the
StarTrek series, and 'Independence Day;' all of which deal with invasions from space and the coming
together of all nations to repel the invaders. The last films, 'Jurrassic Park,' deals with the theories of

Hoaxed "Discoveries'
What is important to understand in the first step is that those earthquakes will hit at different parts of the
world where scientific and archaeological teachings have indicated that arcane mysteries have been
buried. By those types of earthquakes, it will be possible for scientists to rediscover those arcane
mysteries which will be used to discredit all fundamental religious doctrines. This is the first preparation for
the plan for humanity because what they want to do is destroy the beliefs of all Christians and Muslims on
the planet. To do that, they need some false 'proof' from the far past that will prove to all nations that their
religions have all been misinterpreted and misunderstood.
The Big Space Show in the Sky
The second step in the NASA Blue Beam Project involves a gigantic 'space show' with three-dimensional
optical holograms and sounds, laser projection of multiple holographic images to different parts of the
world, each receiving a different image according to predominating regional national religious faith. This
new 'god's' voice will be speaking in all languages. In order to understand that, we must study various
secret services' research done in the last 25 years. The Soviet's have perfected an advanced computer,
even exported them, and fed them with the minute physio-psychological particulars based on their studies of
the anatomy and electromechanical composition of the human body, and the studies of the electrical,
chemical and biological properties of the human brain. These computers were fed, as well, with the
languages of all human cultures and their meanings. The dialects of all cultures have been fed into the
computers from satellite transmissions. The Soviets began to feed the computers with objective programs
like the ones of the new messiah. It also seems that the Soviets - the new world order people - have
resorted to suicidal methods with the human society by allocating electronic wavelengths for every person
and every society and culture to induce suicidal thoughts if the person doesn't comply with the dictates of
the new world order.
There are two different aspects of step two.
The first is the 'space show.' Where does the space show come from? The space show, the holographic
images will be used in a simulation of the ending during which all nations will be shown scenes that will be
the fulfillment of that which they desire to verify the prophecies and adversary events.

These will be projected from satellites onto the sodium layer about 60 miles above the earth. We see tests
every once in a while, but they are called UFOs and "flying saucers" sightings.
The result of these deliberately staged events will be to show the world the new 'christ,' the new messiah,
Matraia (Maitreya), for the immediate implementation of the new world religion. Enough truth will be
foisted upon an unsuspecting world to hook them into the lie. "Even the most learned will be deceived."

The project has perfected the ability for some device [referred to as "tractor beams" by ufologists].to lift up
an enormous number of people, as in a Rapture, and whisk the entire group into a never-never land We see
tests of this device in the abduction of humans by those mysterious little alien greys who snatch people out
of their beds and through windows into waiting "mother ships." The calculated resistance to the universal
religion and the new messiah and the ensuing holy wars will result in the loss of human life on a scale
never imagined before in all of human history.
The Blue Beam Project will pretend to be the universal fulfillment of the prophecies of old, as major an event as
that which occurred 2,000 years ago. In principle, it will make use of the skies as a movie screen (on the
sodium layer at about 60 miles) as space-based laser-generating satellites project simultaneous images to
the four corners of the planet in every language and dialect according to the region. It deals with the religious
aspect of the new world order and is deception and seduction on a massive scale.
Computers will coordinate the satellites and software already in place will run the sky show. Holographic
images are based on nearly identical signals combining to produce an image or hologram with deep
perspective which is equally applicable to acoustic ELF, VLF and LF waves and optical phenomena.
Specifically, the show will consist of multiple holographic images to different parts of the world, each
receiving a different image according to the specific national, regional religion. Not a single area will be
excluded. With computer animation and sounds appearing to emanate from the very depths of space,
astonished ardent followers of the various creeds will witness their own returned messiahs in convincing
lifelike reality.
Then the projections of Jesus, Mohammed, Buddha, Krishna, etc., will merge into one after correct
explanations of the mysteries and revelations will have been disclosed. This one god will, in fact, be the
Antichrist, who will explain that the various scriptures have been misunderstood and misinterpreted, and that
the religions of old are responsible for turning brother against brother, and nation against nation, therefore old
religions must be abolished to make way for the new age new world religion, representing the one god
Antichrist they see before them.
Naturally, this superbly staged falsification will result in dissolved social and religious disorder on a grand
scale, each nation blaming the other for the deception, setting loose millions of programmed religious
fanatics through demonic possession on a scale never witnessed before. In addition, this event will occur
at a time of profound worldwide political anarchy and general tumult created by some worldwide
catastrophe. The United Nation even now plans to use Beethovan's 'Song of Joy' as the anthem for the
introduction for the new age one world religion. If we put this space show in parallel with the star wars
program we get this: combination of electromagnetic radiation and hypnosis which have also been the
subject of intensive research. In 1974, for instance, researcher G. F. Shapits, said of one of the research
proposals that, '...in this investigation it will be shown that the spoken words of the hypnotist may also be

converted by electromagnetic energy directly and to the subconscious part of the human brain without
employing any mechanical device for receiving or transcording the message, and without the person
exposed to such influence having a chance to control the information input consciously. It may be expected that
the rationalized behavior will be considered to have been taken out of their own free will.'
Anyone investigating so-called 'channelling' phenomena right now would be wise to take this area of research
into consideration. It will be noted that those who think of themselves as 'channellers' has escalated rapidly
since this type of research was conducted. It is uncanny how similar their messages are, despite which entity
they claim to be their source of divine guidance. It would suggest any individual considering the credibility of
channelled information should be discerning and critically evaluate where the message they are receiving
originates, and if the messages are specifically beneficial to the new world order.
The Sydney Morning newspaper published an item on March 21st, 1983 which announced that the Soviets
were invading the human mind, the article having been submitted to the foreign editor by Doctor Nathan
Abnuengy, assistant professor in the faculty of agriculture in Asia. It is worth quoting the article at length
even though his grammar is a little old. This article relates to the Soviets who created the supercomputer we
were discussing earlier and which is really important because these types of computers can be run through
satellites and through space. The computers were fed with all the different languages and their meanings,
the dialect of all peoples were fed to the computers with objective programs. But we are no longer talking
about the Soviets; we are talking about the United Nations, the minions of the new world order, who are
feeding the computers with the necessary information.
The editor of the column in which the article appeared even states that the piece made points too
important to ignore. I think it is possible that the persons who have created this mega-mind-controlprogram could sell the software to an organization and not be aware that the client might use the
program and data to enslave all of humankind. Just imagine how far they have advanced since that article
was published!
Artificial Thought & Communication
The advancement of techniques propel us toward the third step in the Blue Beam Project that goes along with
the telepathic and electronically augmented two-way communication where ELF, VLF and LF waves will
reach each person from within his or her own mind, convincing each of them that their own god is speaking
to them from the very depths of their own soul. Such rays from satellites are fed from the memories of
computers that have stored massive data about every human on earth, and their languages. The rays will
then interlace with their natural thinking to form what we call diffuse artificial thought.
That kind of technology goes into the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s research where the human brain has
been compared to a computer. Information is fed in, processed, integrated and then a response is formulated
and acted upon. Mind controllers manipulate information the same way a computer for grammar manipulates
information. In January 1991, the University of Arizona hosted a conference entitled, 'The NATO Advanced
Research Workshop on Current and Emergent Phenomena and Biomolecular Systems.' What does that
mean exactly? It means this: We refer to one paper that was delivered at the conference which stands out
for its different attitude towards the development under discussion at that time. It was, in effect, a protest and
chilling warning to the attending scientists about the potential abuse of their research findings.
Their findings, of course, stated that the United States has already developed communications equipment
which can make the blind see, the deaf hear and the lame walk. It can relieve the terminally ill from pain
without the use of drugs or surgery. I'm not talking about science fiction. A man might retain the use of all his
faculties right up to the moment of his death. This communications equipment depends upon a completely
new way of looking at the human brain and neuromuscular systems and radiation pulses at ultra-low
frequencies. Some of this equipment is now operational within the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), and
Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). It will never be used to make the blind see, the deaf hear and the

lame walk because it is central to the domestic political agenda and foreign policy of George Bush and his
puppet-masters of the new world order.
Domestically, the new communications equipment is being used to torture and murder persons who match
profiles imagined to be able to screen a given population for terrorists; to torture and murder citizens
who belong to organizations which promote tolerance and peace and development in Central America; to
torture and murder citizens who belong to organizations who oppose the development and deployment of
nuclear weapons, and to create a race of slave cult automatons, or what is popularly called 'the Manchurian
Candidates.' Overseas experimentation is taking place on hostages held by the United States and
Canada, Great Britain, Australia, Germany, Finland and France. Additionally, there has been a long
series of bizarre suicides among British computer scientists, all of whom have had some connection to the
United States Navy.
What is possible to ask before such a psychology of terror is this: would any government, corporation or
psychiatrist wilfully promote such horror today? The answer is quite obviously, 'Yes.'
Government agencies and the corporations that work with them toward a new world order are prepared to
promote anything that will help them achieve their objective of total social control. As for the question of why:
For one thing, if you terrify the public and make them fear for their safety, they will allow you to
implement draconian law enforcement practice, disarm them and keep extensive records on them, and they
only have to tell you that it is all to protect you, of course. Secondly, it promotes the decay of the present
democratic forms of political systems, and leads societies to search for alternative methods of political
ideology. Of course, the alternative has already been planned. It is called the New World Order and it will
not have your safety or interests at heart. As George Bush said: 'Read my lips.' Fear has always been used
by powerful elite to control and subjugate the masses.
The old maxim, 'divide and conquer', is being played out to the limit worldwide to ensure that everyone is
frightened for their personal safety, and to be suspicious of everyone else. This, too, is mind-control. To go
further in regard to the new technology which is at the base of the NASA Blue Beam Project, we have to
consider this statement by psychologist James V. McConnell which was published in a 1970s issue of
Psychology Today. He said, 'The day has come when we can combine sensory deprivation with drug
hypnosis and astute manipulation of reward and punishment to gain almost absolute control over an
individual's behavior. It should then be possible to achieve a very rapid and highly effective type of positive
brainwashing that would allow us to make dramatic changes in a person's behavior and personality.'
Now, when we talked before about that kind of ray and the telepathic and electronically augmented
communication, the kind of rays that are fed from the memories of computers which store massive data
about humans, human language and dialects, and we said that the people will be reached from within,
making each person to believe that his own god is speaking directly from within his or her own soul, we refer
to that kind of technology and that kind of thinking that same psychologist was espousing, that is: we should
be trained from birth that we should all do what society wants us to do rather than what we want to do for
ourselves; that because they have the technology to do it, no one should now be allowed to have their
own individual personality. This statement and these ideas are important because it is the basic teaching of
the United Nations that no one owns his or her own personality. And that same psychologist claims that no
one has any say-so about the kind of personality they acquire and there is no reason to believe you have the
right to refuse to acquire a new personality if your old personality is considered 'antisocial.'
What is important in this declaration is that the new world order will be set up over the current system, meaning
the old way of thinking and behavior and religion will be considered the 'old' and incorrect way of thinking and
that they can change it at one of the eradication camps of the United Nations to make sure that anyone with
this 'antisocial' behavior will be disposed of quickly so that other modified individuals will be able to fulfill the
needs and agendas of the new world order without being distracted by the truth.

Could this be the greatest mind control project ever?
The NASA Blue Beam Project is the prime directive for the new world order's absolute control over the
populations of the entire earth. I would suggest you investigate this information carefully before dismissing it as
fanatic lunacy. If we go further in the different reports we have presented, we find that the mind-control
operations and technology include a transmitter that broadcasts at the same frequency as the human
nervous-system, which transmitter is manufactured by the Loral Electro-Optical System in Pasadena,
California. Loral, a major defense contractor, has previously conducted research on directed energy weapons
for Lt. Gen. Leonard Perez of the U. S. Air Force who was searching for a weapon that could implant
messages into the minds of the enemy while urging his own troops on to superhuman deeds of valor! The
device employs electromagnetic radiation of gigahertz frequencies [microwaves] pulsed at extremely low
frequencies (ELF). It is used to torture people both physically and mentally from a distance.
Weapons of this type are thought to have been used against a British woman protesting the presence of
American Cruise Missiles at Greenham Common Airbase during the 1970s. This weapon can be used to
induce total sensory deprivation by broadcasting signals into the auditory nerve at such high power that it
blocks the ability of the individual to hear themselves think!
The process employed by such ELF technology are described in various U. S. Defense Department
publications, including one entitled, ' The Electromagnetic Spectrum and Low Intensity Conflict,' by
Captain Paul E. Tyler, Medical Commandant, U. S. Navy, which is included in a collection entitled, 'Low
Intensity Conflict and Modern Technology Edict,' by Lt. Col David G. Dean, USAF. The paper was delivered
in 1984 and the collection published 1986 by Air University Press, Maxwell Airforce Base, Alabama.
Another pulse microwave device can deliver audible signals directly to an individual while remaining
undetectable to anyone else. The technology is very simple and can be built by using an ordinary police radar
gun. The microwave beam generated by the device is modulated at audio frequencies and can broadcast
messages directly into the brain. Now here we come to the NASA BlueBeam Project. The broadcasting of
subliminal two-way communication and images from the depths of space correspond directly to that kind
of technology.
In his book, 'The Body Electric,' Nobel Prize nominee Dr. Robert O. Becker describes a series of
experiments conducted in the early 1960s by Allen Frie where this phenomena was demonstrated as well as
later experiments conducted in 1973 at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research by Dr. Joseph C.
Sharp who personally underwent tests in which he proved he could hear and understand messages
delivered to him in an echo-free isolation chamber via a pulsed microwave audiogram which is an analog of
the word's sound vibration beamed into his brain. Becker then goes on to state, 'Such a device has obvious
application for covert operations designed to drive a target crazy with unknown voices or deliver undetectable
instructions to a programmed assassin."
Now figure out when we hear that voice from the new world messiah who would be speaking from space to
all of the sane (?) people of the earth who might give instructions to zealots and religious fanatics, we would
see hysteria and social mayhem on a scale never witnessed before on this planet. No police forces in the
world, even as a combined front, could deal with the disorder that will follow! A 1978 book entitled,
'Microwave Auditory Effect and Application,' by James C. Lynn describes how audible voices can be
broadcast directly into the brain. This technology could actually allow the blind to see and the deaf to hear.
Instead, it has been turned into a weapon to enslave the world.
Allen Frie also reports that he could speed up, slow down or stop the hearts of isolated frogs by synchronizing
the pulsed rate of a microwave beam with the heart itself. According to Dr. Robert Becker, similar results
have been obtained using live frogs, which shows that it is technically feasible to produce heart attacks with
rays designed to penetrate the human chest.

It has been demonstrated that focused ultra high frequency UHF electromagnetic energy beams can be
used to induce considerable agitation and muscular activity or induce muscular weakness and lethargy.
Microwaves can also be used to burn human skin and aid the effect of drugs, bacteria and poisons or affect
the function of the entire brain. These effects were all revealed at length by the CIA on September 21,
1977 in testimony before the Subcommittee on Health and Scientific Research. Dr. Sidney Gottlieb who
directed the MK-Ultra program at that time was forced to discuss the scope of the CIA's research to find
techniques of activation of the human organism by remote electronic means. So this is something that exists
right now, that has been pursued to its highest degree, that can be used from space to reach any person,
anyplace on the face of the earth.
If we go deeper in that process of mind control over the people we find that the equipment and technology
has been used to influence politics in a much more direct fashion. Michael Dukakis, the Democrat
candidate running against George Bush in the 1988 election was targeted with microwave technology in
order to impede his public speaking performance once the public opinion polls showed he posed a serious
threat to Bush's election prospects. He also claims that the equipment was used against Kitty Dukakis and
drove her to the brink of suicide. In the Disneyland world of U. S. politics, a presidential candidate with
problems such as these, would obviously lose their race to the White House. In the December 1980 edition
of the U. S. Army Journal, called the Military Review, a column by Lt. Col John B. Alexander, entitled, 'The
New Mental Battlefield: Beam Me Up, Spock,' provides further insight into the technical capabilities at the
disposal of the comptroller. He writes:
"Several examples will demonstrate areas in which progress have been made. The transference of energy
from one organism to another; the ability to heal or cause disease to be transmitted over a distance, thus
inducing illness or death from no apparent cause; telepathic behavior modification which includes the
ability to induce hypnotic states up to a distance of 1,000 kilometers have been reported.
The use of telepathic hypnosis also holds great potential. This capability could allow agents to be deeply
planted with no conscious knowledge of their programming. In movie terms, the Manchurian Candidate lives,
and does not even require a telephone call. 'Other mind-to-mind induction techniques are being
considered. If perfected this capability could allow the direct transference of thought via telepathy from one
mind or group of minds to a select target audience. The unique factor is that the recipient will not be aware
that thought has been implanted from an external source. He or she will believe the thoughts are original."
This is exactly what we were talking about.
The third step in the NASA Blue Beam Project is called the Telepathic Electronic Two-Way Communication. Lt.
Col John Alexander's article continues:
"If it is possible to feed artificial thought into the multigenic field via satellite, the mind control of the entire
planet is now possible. An individual's only resistance would be to constantly question the motivation behind
their thoughts and not act upon thoughts which they consider to be outside their own ideological, religious and
moral boundaries.'"
Once again, it is wise to consider how television, advertising, modern education and various types of
social pressure are used to manipulate those boundaries. It has been reported by Lt. Col Alexander who
said, in the summary of his Military Review article,
'The information on those kinds of technologies presented here would be considered by some to be ridiculous
since it does not conform to their view of reality. But some people still believe the world is flat.'

Now, this means a lot, because if people do not believe this kind of technology is possible, or that it is
science fiction, those people put themselves in great jeopardy, because on the night when those thousand
stars will shine from space, during the night when the new messiah will be presented to the world, they will

not be prepared and will have no time to prepare to save themselves against that kind of technology. They
don't believe and they won't take time to prepare.
Universal Supernatural Manifestations via Electronics
The fourth step concerns the universal supernatural manifestation with electronic means. It contains three
different orientations.
One is to make mankind believe that an alien (off-world) invasion is about to occur at every major city on
earth in order to provoke each major nation to use its nuclear weapons in order to strike back. This way, the
United Nations Court will require that all those nations which launched nuclear weapons to disarm when the
invasion is shown to have been false. And how will the United Nations know that the invasion was false?
They will have staged it, of course.
The second is to make the Christians believe that the Rapture is going to occur with the supposed
divine intervention of an alien (off-world) civilization coming to rescue earthlings from a savage and merciless
demon. Its goal will be to dispose of all significant opposition to the implementation of the New World
Order in one major stroke, actually within hours of the beginning of the sky show!

The third orientation in the fourth step is a mixture of electronic and supernatural forces. The waves used at
that time will allow "supernatural forces" to travel through optical fibers, coaxial cables (TV) electrical and
phone lines in order to penetrate to everyone at once through major appliances. Embedded chips will
already be in place. The goal of this deals with global Satanic ghosts projected all around the world in order
to push all populations to the edge of hysteria and madness, to drown them into a wave of suicide,
murder and permanent psychological disorders. After the Night of the Thousand Stars, worldwide
populations will be ready for the new messiah to re- establish order and peace at any cost, even at the cost
of abdication of freedom.
Phasing Out Cash & Independence
The techniques used in the fourth step is exactly the same used in the past in the USSR to force the
people to accept Communism. The same technique will be used by the United Nations to implement the
new world religion and the new world order. A lot of people ask when this is going to happen and how they
will accomplish the visions of the Night of a Thousand Stars, and the events that will point to the days when it
will begin.
According to the many reports we have received, we believe it will begin with some kind of worldwide
economic disaster. Not a complete crash, but enough to allow them to introduce some kind of in-between
currency before they introduce their electronic cash to replace all paper or plastic money. The in-between
currency will be used to force anyone with savings to spend or turn in their cash because they understand that

people who have money and are not dependent upon them might be the very ones who will mount an
insurrection against them. If everyone is broke, no one can fund a war of any kind: paper currency will cease
to exist. This is one of the first signs.
But to implement the worldwide electronic money system, everyone in the world who might have money in
the future, will have to have a way to transfer money electronically. Before that time, everyone will have
spent, before the year 2,000, all of their cash, reserves and assets. Everyone has to be 100% dependent
upon the Council for their existence. To prevent any kind of independence, the new world order has
already implanted micro chips in wild animals, birds, fish, etc. Why? They want to make certain that the
people who will not accept the New World Order will not be able to hunt or fish any where in the world. If they
try, they will be tracked and traced by satellites, then hunted down and imprisoned or killed.
The new world order is already changing the laws of all nations to make everyone dependent upon a single
food and vitamin supply. They are changing laws about religion and psychiatric disorders in order to identify
anyone who is potentially threatening to the NWO. Those who are found defective will be sent to eradication
camps where their organs will be taken and sold to the highest bidders. Those who are not killed outright will
be used as slave labor or used in medical experiments. The goal of a dictatorship is to control everyone,
everywhere on the planet, ruthlessly and without exception. That's why the new technology being introduced
everywhere is a technology for the control of the people. The technology of the 1940s and 1950s was
used to help the people have an easier and more productive life.
The new technology is designed and built to track down and control people everywhere. This technology is
being manufactured for a specific purpose and to refuse to see and recognize that purpose, which is to
enslave the entire populations of the world, is to deny the emergence of the Antichrist and the establishment
of the new world order religion and government. If you cannot see, if you cannot learn, if you cannot
understand, then you and your family and friends will succumb to the fires of the crematoria that have been
built in every state and every major city on earth, built to deal with you. No one is safe in a totalitarian police

THE TORONTO PROTOCOL

It is important to add that after his full revelation on Project Bluebeam, Monast then published another
disclosure document in March 1995 called The Toronto Protocol.4 Not many people are aware of the Toronto
Protocol and for this reason we have put below particular elements of this document which are relevant.
With our undercover agents and our colossal financial resources,
unprecedented progress has now been made in all areas of Science and
Technology, which we control [through] the largest financial corporations.
From the secret meetings with Mr. de Rotchild in year 56, and who had
intended to finalize the development and global implementation of the
"Computer", it is now possible to envisage the establishment of a kind of
"International Highway" where all these machines are interconnected. For as
you know, direct control of individual people on the planet would be at least
totally impossible without the use of computers and their link electronically
with respect to each other in a huge "Network World". These machines also
have the advantage in being able to replace millions of people.
Moreover, they have neither conscience nor any moral, which is essential for the success of a project like
ours. Above all, these machines do, without question, everything that is dictated to them. They are the perfect
slaves that have been dreamed by our predecessors, they who were able to suspect that one day it would be
possible to accomplish such a prodigy. These machines without a country, no colour, no religion, no political
affiliation and achievement, are the ultimate tool for our New World Order. They are the "Cornerstone"!
The organization of these machines into a vast "Network World", which we will control the levers of, we use to
immobilize people. How? As you know, the basic structure of our New World Order is composed, in essence,
of a multitude of "Networks", each covering all different spheres of human activity over the whole of the
planet. Until now, all these "Networks" were linked together by a common ideological basis: that of man as the
"Centre" and "Ultimate Achievement" of the Universe.
So thanks to all these "Networks", united by the bond of the "New Religion of Man to Man", we have easily
infiltrated all human sectors in all Western countries, and changed their "Judeo-Christian" basis. The result is
that today, this Man, he is part of the Politics, the Economy, the Social, Education, and the Science of
Religion, and has already, since our last meeting at the end of June 67, abandoned his past heritage and
replaced it with our ideal of a World Religion based solely on Man. Having cut as well as possible its historical
roots, this Man is waiting, finally, to be offered a new ideology. This, properly understood, is ours, that of the
"Global Village Community", which will be the "Centre". And that is precisely what we will give him,
encouraging him to take part, "Body and Soul", in this "Global Electronic Network" where the borders of
nation-states have been forever abolished, wiped out up to their deepest roots.
While this lost man will be absorbed by its blind enthusiasm to be part of its new "Global Community", by
being part of this vast "Network of Computers", for our part, we shall see, from the levers above, which will be
hidden in the file, and be able to identify, to recognize, the rewards of our own goals.
Because within this "New Global Society", any individual with a potential "Profitability" for us, cannot escape.
The constant influx of "Electronic Technology" will make sure all the means to file, identify, and monitor all

individuals in populations of the West. For those who do not represent "Exploitable Profitability" by ourselves,
we will ensure they are eliminated through all the local civil wars that we have taken care to break out here
and there through: the work of our servants; and the "Fall of the Economy" of the Nation-States; and the
"Oppositions and Claims" of various groups within those states.
These "Steps" refer to the "OMEGA PHASE" experienced from experiments conducted in the early 70s. They
contain the application, globally, of "Electro-Magnetic Weapons." The "Changes of Climate" has caused the:

destruction of crops, and failure, under these conditions, of agricultural land;

denaturation, by artificial means, of food products of common consumption;

the poisoning of nature by an excessive, indiscriminate and widespread use of chemicals in

agriculture; and all this, Brothers, this will lead to certain ruin the food industries of the Nation-States.
The future of "Population Control" of these states must go [hand in hand] with the absolute control by us of
food production globally, and by taking control of the main "Food Routes" ["Routes Alimentaires", agricultural
regions?] in the world. For this, it is necessary to use the Electro-Magnetic, among others, to destabilize the
climates of the States most productive agriculturally. As to the poisoning of nature, it will be speeded up all
the more as the increase of populations will push it without restriction.
The use of the Electro-Magnetic will cause "Earthquakes" in the most important industrial regions of the
Nation-States, to help speed up the "Economic Collapse" of States most threatening to us; as well to amplify
the obligation of the establishment of our New World Order [sic, meaning presumably a kind of global
blackmail].

THE NEW AGE ASPECT OF PROJECT BLUEBEAM

It is important to add here that even though Project Bluebeam is based on the concept of a staged alien
contact utilizing sophisticated and advanced technology it does not by any means negate the fact that
spiritual beings are still involved as part of the deception. Not only are fallen angels manifesting in the
heavenlies as extra-terrestrials, but they are also sending messages to many on earth, which reveals their
true character. In general the entities are communicating that the earth will soon go through a period of
cataclysmic changes. The descriptions they give are what the Bible refers to as the Great Tribulation.
However, these so called aliens are nothing more than fallen angels pretending to be from some other
galaxy. Their messages, as we will see, consist of some basic ideas that are the diabolical mirror to the
Bible.

Cataclysmic events will come upon the earth

They will help us overcome those events
They will take those that cant or wont evolve to the next level
Those that remain get to evolve to the next level now
A man from among us will be raised up with special powers and knowledge

In historical studies, the strongest type of witness we can have is what is referred to as a hostile witness. A
hostile witness is when someones enemies (or perhaps competition) are forced to admit certain things
about that person that are not in their best interest to say.
Satan, in a sense, has proven his intent to de stable the Christian Faith by the messages that his horde
have been giving over the years. Clearly, their messages, as they are given, are full of lies. Nevertheless,
they do include some elements of truth, which is always the point of a deception. That there will be an
evacuation of the earth is certain as we learn from Scripture:
Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, (1
Thessalonians 4:17).

The truth of that verse is proven by the lies that are being told by the aliens. In effect, they are getting the
world ready for what is coming so that when it does happen people will not likely consider the biblical
second coming as an option.
The enemy undoubtedly will have a counter explanation ready for when that happens; after all, he has read
the Bible too. According to Christianity Today magazine, of the 6.3 billion people in the world in 2011, about
33% are professing Christians. Even if we assume that 15% are true born again beleievers this would
account to 945 million Christians.
While born again followers of the Lord Jesus Christ will not be here to see what follows, we can safely
conclude that some time shortly after the first phase of the Second Coming of Christ, the demons will work
through the global elite to create the perception that are the saviors of the world and will provide an answer
for the disappearance of over 945 million people worldwide. Many believe that the aliens/demons will say
that they were the ones that seeded the planet (were the creators of man) and have returned to help in our
hour of greatest need. The reason that most of the world will not immediately turn to the God of heaven and
earth following the rapture is because the enemy has been conditioning people for just such an event. The
rapture is certain in that God has clearly said it would come to pass; therefore, Satan (as the father of lies,
cf. John 8:44), must have some type of event in place to deceive the world when the event actually occurs.

If you stop for a moment and think about the impact of 945 million people disappearing from the face of the
earth in an instant you will soon realize the destruction, havoc and turmoil that would be caused. Cars,
trains, boats and airplanes crashing because the person at the helm was a Christian and disappeared.
People on TV suddenly vanishing on live air. People disappearing from offices. Sports events taking place
and all of a sudden team members suddenly vanish. The event would simply tear apart the already fragile
foundation of the global village.
Sometimes the message is that the people evacuated will be resettled to another planet. Sometimes the
aliens tell us not worry about where the ones taken will go. And sometimes we see it is the bad aliens that
have come to catch people up into their space ships and those brave enough to resist will survive as
portrayed in the 2010 movie Skyline whose motto is do not look up because those that look at the light will
be taken.

Jesus told us to look up (Luke 21:28) when we see all these things beginning to come to pass.
Could it be that Satan has found a clever way to encourage people to do just the opposite?
The various messages were first compiled by researcher Brad Myers who did
much of the research for the bestselling book Alien Encounters by Drs. Chuck
Missler and Mark Eastman. The research in their book is impressive; however,
rather than simply quote their book, we searched out the sources for
ourselvesand scrutinized the authenticity of each statement. In some cases we
found other supporting evidence from the stated authors or from others not
mentioned in their book. Ruth Montgomery in her book Aliens Among Us 5
writes of how the aliens have communicated: We are coming in great
numbers, not with any intention of harm, but to rescue the earth from pollution
and nuclear explosions, Some like Barbara Marciniak, a popular New Age
author and channeller, in her book Bringers of the Dawn, 6 writes of messages
which she claims she received from extraterrestrials from the star system
Pleiades. She discusses the disappearance that is coming upon the world:
The people who leave the planet during the time of Earth changes do not fit in here any longer, and they are stopping
the harmony of Earth. When the time comes that perhaps 20 million people leave the planet at one time there will be a
tremendous shift in consciousness for those who are remaining. 6

It should be clear that Satan and his legions are making great preparations to have a counter explanation
once the rapture occurs. She also shares another message from the ETs regarding the rationale for why
millions of people will be taken.
If human beings do not change if they do not make the shift in values and realize that without Earth they
could not be here then Earth, in its love for its own initiation and its reaching for a higher frequency, will
ring about a cleansing that will balance it once again. There is the potential for many people to leave the
planet in an afternoon. Maybe then everyone else will begin to wake up to what is going on.
After the explanation for the disappearance of millions, which the Bible truthfully calls the rapture, she goes
on to speak of apocalyptic events that are extremely reminiscent of the words of Jesus some two thousand
years ago when he spoke of wars and rumors of wars and nation rising against nation.
As we see it, as the probable worlds begin to form, there will be great shiftings within humanity on this
planet. It will seem that great chaos and turmoil are forming, that nations are rising against each other in
war, and that earthquakes are happening more frequently. It will seem as if everything is falling apart and
cannot be put back together. Just as you sometimes have rumblings and quakings in your lives as you
change your old patterns and move into new energies, Earth is shaking itself free, and a certain realignment
or adjustment period is to be expected. It will also seem that the animals and fish are departing Earth.
Those animals are now moving over to the new world as it is being formed. They are not ending their
existence, they are merely slipping into the new world to await your joining them. Bringers of the Dawn
New Age writer Thelma Terrell claims to have received messages from Ashtar, the leader of an alien
confederation concerning the evacuation of millions around the globe. Those familiar with the Bible
immediately see that Ashtar is nothing more than the same demon from Bible times (Asherah/Ashtoreth)
but with a message that modern man wants to hear.
In former days Ashtar was considered a god, but now such talk is, for the
most part, out of style. Therefore, Ashtar has come back as an alien to
warn the citizens of earth of the impending rapture. However, the true
reason for the evacuation of the planet is never given. When the rapture
does occur, the demonic realm will be ready because they have been
warning people of just such an event. Ashtar has communicated that
Earth changes will be the primary factor in mass evacuation of this
planet
Therefore because of the impending events coming upon the earth, the
alien ships will come in close enough to lift people off the earth in the
twinkling of an eye, even the terminology is borrowed from the Bible
concerning the rapture.
Our rescue ships will be able to come in close enough in the twinkling of an eye to set the lifting beams in operation
in a moment. And all over the globe where events warrant it, this will be the method of evacuation. Mankind will be
lifted, levitated shall we say, by the beams from our smaller ships. These smaller craft will in turn taxi the persons to
the larger ships overhead, higher in the atmosphere, where there is ample space and quarters and supplies for
millions of people. 7

The demons who are posing as aliens will try to convince mankind that they in fact are the saviors. We have seen
the conditioning in the movies and peoples minds will remember those stories when the event occurs. Ashtar states
that great preparation and care has gone into the rescue of mankind: There is method and great organization in a
detailed plan already near completion for the purpose of removing souls from this planet, in the event of catastrophic
events making a rescue necessary.
However, there will not be any advanced notice of the event and it will happen in a flash. The Great Evacuation will
come upon the world very suddenly. The flash of emergency events will be as a lightning that flashes in the sky. So
suddenly and so quick in its happening that it is over almost before you are aware of its presence. 7

The demons/aliens need to reassure those left behind that they in fact are the ones getting the better deal
since then the aliens will return for the children of all ages and races. The implication is that those taken
were not part of the children of all ages and races
Phase I of the Great Exodus of souls from the planet will take place at a moments notice when it is determined that
the inhabitants are in danger. Phase II: This second phase immediately following the first. The second phase is vital,
as we return for the children of all ages and races. The child does not have the power of choice in understanding nor
personal accountability. 7
However, some people might begin to wonder if such awful events are coming upon the world, then why were they not
taken as well? Ashtar assures them to not take it personally as everyone will have a part to play:
Do not be concerned nor unduly upset if you do not participate in this first temporary lift-up of souls who serve with
us. This merely means that your action in the plan is elsewhere, and you will be taken for your instructions or will
receive them in some other manner. Do not take any personal affront if you are not alerted or are not a participant in
this first phase of our plan. Your time will come later, and these instructions are not necessary for you at this time.
Ashtar has communicated this message to others with the twist that those taken will have to remain in the third
dimension whereas those that are left will then be free to evolve to the fourth dimension. The website Gateway to
Oneness speaks of one named Cristah the light worker who receives messages from Ashtar. Cristah relays Ashtars
message: those who do not believe, will be left in the 3rd dimension, and those that are not of the light must stay
and learn here in the 3rd dimension. Cristah adds that Ashtar says that the fate of earths inhabitants will be handled
on an individual basis.
The idea is that the disappearance of millions around the globe will be due to them being left in the third dimension
and those that then find themselves on the earth have transitioned to the fourth dimension. 7

Ashtar has been leaving messages with other channellers as well in order to make sure that his message is
heard and spread. Johanna Michaelson is a former New Ager who is now a Christian. In her book Like
Lambs to the Slaughter: Your Child and the Occult, she writes about the well-known New Age guru John
Randolph Price who also receives messages from Asher (a variation of Ashtar). Michaelson relays that,
according to John Randolph Price, as many as two billion people could be wiped off the planet. This
seemingly refers to the trials coming upon the earth versus the evacuation, nevertheless, the impact will be
we told you so once the events begin to occur.
Asher, the spirit guide of John Randolph Price, a moving force behind the New Agers World Instant of Cooperation
(on December 31, 1986, in which thousands of mediators worldwide simultaneously concentrated on world peace
hoping to cause a critical mass launching into the New Age) told him that two billion people who didnt go along with
the New Age would be wiped off the face of the Earth during the coming cleansing. 8

New Age author Kay Wheeler and channeller, who goes by the name Ozmana, describes how Mother Earth is fighting
for her life and is in critical condition, which she says, is why you see the many crises in the world. She states the
Mother Earth must fight for her survival and we as light bearers can help her:
Mother is cleansing. It is all she knows to do at this time to clear herself of the pollution that exists within her body. But
you as light bearers can help your Mother cleanse in such a way that does not destroy all life on this planet. 9

As part of the cleansing process, many people will be removed from the planet so that the planet can move into the
fourth dimension. Earths population needs to be decreased to bring forth the necessary changes upon this planet to
move into the fourth dimension. She states that the changes are coming and those who plan to stay must be of this
vibration. The reason that many will leave the planet is because they are not able to go to the fourth dimension. She
says that we should not feel sad for them but rather rejoice for them and also that now the beings on earth can move
forward:
Many of these beings who are leaving this planet at this time have completed that which they came to do. It is a time
of great rejoicing for them. Do not feel sad about their leaving. They are going home. Many are waiting to be with them
again [...] Many beings must move on, for their thought patterns are of the past. They hold on to these thoughts that
keep Earth held back. 10

The messages from the aliens and the New Age is clear: major earth changes and cataclysms are coming
upon the earth. As a result many will be removed from the earth in the twinkling of an eye by the aliens or
will remain in the third dimension while everyone else moves into the fourth dimension. The rapture is
certain and Satan has prepared for the event through the movies and through channellers receiving
messages from aliens of the impending event. Unfortunately, for many the rapture will not be an event that
makes them look up to God but to the aliens posing as mans savior.

A NASA LED FALSE FLAG STRATEGY

In Part 1 some considerable time was spent on understanding the role that
Wernher von Braun played in the development of rocket technology during
the early days of NASA after his migration to the United States from Nazi
Germany at the end of world war II.
However just before he died in 1977, he gave an incredible interview to Dr
Carol Rosin, an author and leading aerospace executive and space and
missile defense consultant in which he basically said that in order to sustain
the global elites military industrial complex that a series of false flag threats
would be implemented.

Dr. Carol Rosin first met Dr. Werner von Braun in February of 1974. It was at this time, shortly before his
death in 1977, that von Braun confided to Dr. Rosin the details of this secret space agenda. Inviting her into
his office, Von Braun stunned Dr. Rosin by describing this plan, point for point, as well as describing in
detail exactly where it was all leading: planetary control under an oppressive One World Government.
According to Dr. Rosin, von Braun then gave her one supreme assignment to thwart this plan: to stop the
weaponization of space. Failure to do so would lead to calamity for the human race as a secretive transnational power, already in existence, would move to permanently take control of this planet through a
hoaxed alien invasion from outer space.
According to von Braun, space-based weapons, later known as the Star Wars program, were to be
publicly promoted as our space shield against the evil Russians. Then they would be promoted as our
defense against terrorists from Third World countries (rogue nations or nations of concern). Then their
necessity would be justified as protection against asteroids and meteors, and the last card, the final
justification according to von Braun, would be their installation in orbit against an extra-terrestrial threat from
outer space.
Von Braun told Dr. Rosin that she would begin to notice a certain spin on the news, which would illustrate
the need to build space-based weaponry because our enemies might have these weapons, so our
intelligence community would proceed on the assumption that they do have these weapons. As we now
know, this is exactly how the Star Wars program transpired.
According to Wernher von Braun, all of these publicly announced threats were lies. Von Braun cited the
reality of nuclear suitcase bombs being available even then, as well as chemical, viral, bacterial and
biological terror weapons against which these space based weapons would be useless.
More importantly, von Braun told Dr. Rosin in 1974 that we already had the technology to build anti gravity
vehicles and entire transportation systems which did not require so-called fossil fuels but instead used
beams of energy, thereby eliminating all pollution from these sources permanently.
Perhaps Dr. von Braun had seen anti gravity vehicles with his own eyes in Germany before the end of the
war, as well as their continued development at other secret technology sites afterwards. Von Braun further
told Dr. Rosin that we had the ability to transform our war based military/industrial complex into a space
and energy industry for the benefit of all of humanity, and that we had the capability of building entirely nonpolluting transportation technologies using this same limitless energy, while ending the arms race without

dislocating the jobs associated with it. Mankind could transition to a new industrial paradigm and usher in
an era of peace, plenty and prosperity for everyone on Earth.
Of course, what is equally interesting is what Dr. von Braun left unsaid. If space based weapons
technologies are not really being developed to protect the U.S. and its allies against rogue nations and their
weapons; if, indeed, such weapons are useless against suit case nuclear bombs, as well as chemical,
biological and viral weapons, then exactly why are they being developed? Could select populations of
resistors, whether nation-states or isolated groups opposed to the coming new world order, be singled out
and eliminated?
That is certainly one possibility. Yet another possibility is that such space based weapons will be part of the
smoke and mirrors light show designed to terrify the population of the Earth when Project Blue Beam
debuts, with its false, projected presentation of an alien invasion.
According to Dr. Steven Greer, the head of the Disclosure Project,
.the prospect that a shadowy, para-governmental and transnational entity exists that has kept UFOs secret and
is planning a deception that will dwarf the events of 9/11 11

If Dr. Werhner Von Braun already knew that anti-gravitic technology existed in 1974, then we must also
conclude that part of the coming alien light show and invasion scenario scheduled to frighten us into the
arms of a One World Government, utilizing the technology described in Project Blue Beam, is based on
anti-gravitic alien craft under the planetary control of the unseen Illuminati hand which silently moves
under the radar of the worlds staged media.
Even Stephen Greer, who had brought Dr. Rosin to Washington D. C. to publicly testify about Dr. von
Brauns warning and concern for the future of humanity based upon the nefarious plans he had
uncovered during his tenure at NASA, admits that he was at first skeptical of the reality behind this
proposal.
Dr. Greer writes:
Since 1992 I have seen this script unveiled to me by at least a dozen well-placed insiders. Of course, initially I
laughed, thinking this just too absurd and far-fetched. and yet others told me explicitly that things that looked like
UFOs, but that are built and under the control of deeply secretive black projects, were being used to simulate hoax
ET-appearing events, including some abductions and cattle mutilations, to sow the early seeds of cultural fear
regarding life in outer space. And that at some point after global terrorism, events would unfold that would utilize the
now-revealed Alien Reproduction Vehicles (ARVs, or reversed-engineered UFOs made by humans by studying actual
ET craft) to hoax an attack on Earth. 11

The goal of this hoaxed space alien invasion was simple: control through fear, to drive governments of all
nations to submit and unite under one central authority, a One World Government, and as Greer said:
to justify eventually spending trillions on space weapons thus uniting the world in fear, in militarism and war. 11

Of course, we have been purposely conditioned over the years to view any space aliens as threatening and
predatory. Such films as Independence Day, War of the Worlds, The Fourth Kind, Signs, Knowing
and others produced by Hollywood studios have had their effect on the subconscious mind of the general
public. As Dr. Greer states:
this mental conditioning to fear ET has been subtly reinforced for decades, in preparation for future deceptions. 12

The essence of the plan is simple: create an anonymous enemy out there in the limitless void of space. As
Dr. Greer explains:
By commingling fact with fiction, and by hoaxing UFO events that can look terrifying, The Plan is to eventually crate a
new, sustainable, off-planet enemy Wernher von Braun warned of such a hoax, as a pretext for putting war in
space. 12

Dr. Carol Rosin revealed this information before the national press in Washington, D.C. where she also said
that she was willing to make the exact same statement under oath to Congress. Of course, the official main
stream media never saw fit to make mention of this startling pronouncement by Dr. Rosin.

The possibility of an off planet space fleet already in existence was given even more credence when in
2002 a young Scottish hacker by the name of Gary McKinnon broke into the Pentagons computers and
reputedly came up with the names of some of our off-world U.S. space fleet (identified under the
abbreviation: USSS), two specific space ships, (the USSS LeMay and the USSS Hillenkoetter), the names
of the various crews, their ranks, and transfer assignments between various off Earth space ships. Since
her interview with Dr Werhner von Braun in 1974 Dr Carol Rosin has been on a crusade to educate
nations about the importance of a weapons free space environment. In 2011 she released the Outer
Space Security and Development Treaty of 2011 during her presentation at the International UFO
Congress held in Scottsdale, Arizona. The new Treaty points out the huge costs, dangers, and threats to all
on Earth and in Space from space- based weaponry, emphasizing that space-based weapons would block
as Dr. Rosin says,
unlimited benefits and opportunities available to all humankind in areas of health, education, the economy, mutual
security, energy, and the environment, from cooperative ventures in space. 113

This Treaty points out that peaceful, world cooperative civil, commercial, entrepreneurial and military
ventures will help solve urgent and potential problems of human needs, our environment and energy,
stimulate economies, jobs and profits, and build security systems based on collaboration rather than
confrontation. Indigenous nations are parties to the treaty, which can be made a law with nine nation
state signatories.
