NIFTY 50 7814.90 (-51.15)

Trading for the week begins on an upbeat note. Nifty

50 has posted their biggest single-day percentage
gains since April 13. Gap up opening on Monday. On
Tuesday, after a slow start market has closed on a
steady note. The Nifty future is pausing after a sharp
rally on Monday. The contract opened with a slight
gap down at 7894 and made a low of 7867. However,
it has reversed higher from the low. On Wednesday,
Pre-market news of Indian Governments amendment
to the prolonged tax treaty with Mauritius led to an
expected panic selling in the Indian markets at the
first tick itself. Nifty opened with a gap-down of 83,
respectively. However the sell-off was news based;
and other terms explained in the treaty were
favorable, which resulted in the recovery. On
Thursday, It was a see-saw trading day. A spectacular
rally in bank stocks after the Rajya Sabha approved
the Bankruptcy Bill. The sentiment also got some
support after a UN report said that despite delay in
domestic policy reforms, Indias economy is slowly
gaining momentum and is projected to grow by 7.3 %
this year. Markets held its gains throughout the
trading session and managed to close on a positive
territory. The Nifty index settled 51 points up at 7900.
On Friday bulls were trapped in bears grip. Snapping
Thursday's gains, the broader Nifty managed to hold
above its key 7800-mark. The headline indices fell
more than 1 per cent after stronger-than-expected
consumer inflation data raised the prospect the
Reserve Bank of India would keep interest rates on
hold, sending lenders such as State Bank of India
sharply lower. The Nifty slipped over a percentage
point. The NSE Nifty opened at 7881 hitting a high of
7881 and low of 7784. The Nifty50 opened the week
at 7894.80, made a high of 7992, low of 7788.70 and
closed the week at 7849.80. Thus the Nifty closed the
week with a losing of -49.5 points or -0.63%

Future Outlook:
The Nifty daily chart is bearish; we advised
to sell Nifty future below 7750 target 7600.
The Nifty future buying pressure above
7825 on closing basis. Nifty upside weekly
Resistance is 7825-8000 level. On the
downside strong support at 7750-7650
