Objectives/Lesson Aims :
A. Cognitive Objectives : at the end of the lesson,the students will be able to :
1.name five actions they can and five actions they cant perform ;
2.name five actions that wild and domestic animals are able to do ;
3.name five actions their deskmate can do using the prompts and the images from the textbook ;
4.find as many differences as they can,comparing themselves with their deskmate;
5.read the dialogues in pairs for specific information;

6.make up sentences of their own using the information in the textbook/on the worksheet.
B. Affective Objectives :
a. to create a warm atmosphere for study;
b. to give students an active role in the process of teaching/learning;
c. to help students enjoy speaking a foreign language ;
d. to make students confident when speaking English

can already provide short answers to simple familiar questions;they will be eager to draw parallels between what
animals and they can do and to describe what they can do,comparing themselves with their deskmate.
Anticipated problems : Taking into consideration that 3-4 students have a poor level of knowledge and
their motivation is rather low , the teacher expects that a part of her young students
might not participate in the teaching/learning process as expected.
Assessment : formative, oral, homework, systematic observation
