PRINCIPLES OF MARKETING CHANNELS (GT00803)

GROUP ASSIGNMENT
(20%)
Form a group consisting of 10 members. This is a group assignment to
develop critical thinking and encourage students to become active rather
than passive learners by developing collaborative and co-operative skills,
and lifelong learning skills.
Choose one company. Then, write a report explaining the marketing
strategy planning on your chosen company. As a simple guideline, there
are several questions thay you might want to address in your report:

(1) Introduction about company, product and country.


(2) The marketing strategies (4Ps) of the company.
(3) SWOT Analysis
(4) Customer, Competitor and Market environment
(5) What are the challenges?
(6) Is it possible to improve the marketing strategies? Yes, how? No, why?
(7) References and Appendices

Specifications for Group Assignment:


1. The assignment must be submitted on (week 12) (Hard copy & CD)
2. The assignment must be computer printed, preferably using MS Word or any
word processor software application.
3. References must be based on APA format.
4. The length of project paper should be between 10 15 pages
