If customer says prepaid,
A: Sir, aap monthly kitne ka recharge karwa lete hain?
If customer says Postpaid,

mentioned below)

Once Customer agrees for the plan:

A: Sir/Madam aapko is connection Ko lene ke liye 1 passport size photograph, ek id proof aur ek Address proof
dena hoga.

Capture Information about customer on Lead-sheet.
