K&J Magnetics - Demagnetization Curves

The document discusses demagnetization curves, which describe the magnetic properties of permanent magnet materials. It explains how demagnetization curves are experimentally obtained by measuring the induced magnetic field of a magnet under different applied magnetic fields. Key points on the curves like residual induction, coercivity, and maximum energy product relate to important performance metrics like field strength, resistance to demagnetization, and pull force. The curves are useful for engineers designing devices using permanent magnets.
